Saw Dr. Wood for the first time on May 10th . He is Exceptional! Detailed, articulate, and a perfectionist. I went in so worried about my eye. He explained everything and I was fine with doing the procedure right then and there! I highly recommend him. No pain and it took care of the issue!

I have been Dr. Woods's patient for many years and I highly recommend his and his staff's excellent care. My cataract surgery was flawless and he has continued to monitor my vision in the years since.

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Wood for seeing me in April 2020 during the early days of the pandemic. Several years ago, I was a patient of an ophthalmologist in Dr. Wood's practice who later opened his own office. I called that doctor's office when I started developing a painful case of iritis--long story short, the doctor's partner prescribed over the phone and when my condition started worsening, I called to request an urgent appointment--and never heard back. I called Dr. Wood's office on a Saturday morning and explained my situation; he told me he would see me that morning. When I arrived, I thought the office was closed--but Dr. Wood soon appeared at the door. Turns out, he and I were the only ones in the building. Dr. Wood treated my iritis, and I will always be thankful for his willingness to see me that day. Needless to say, I have not gone back to my previous ophthalmologist. Dr. Wood, you have gained a loyal patient. Thank you!
