Amazing Doctor! Super kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and just plain AWESOME.

She listens, and has good advice, we toss questions back and forth. She does not push me to do a treatment she suggests and she takes into consideration treatments I may want to try. I have been with her for 13 years

I have been a patient of Dr. Ignatovich for 2 years when my former dermatologist retired. Dr. ignatovich listens to my concerns, is proactive , doesn't rush me, and gets back to me with test results quickly. The nursing staff in her office also is very caring.

Dr. Ignatovich was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Even though I had the dreaded ring worm, she refered to it by its proper termonology, fungal infection. She was very non-alarmist and did not scare me. She answered my questions thoroughly and spent a lot of time with me. She even performed a prodedure that day and was quick and efficent, I did not feel a thing after the novacaine. I would highly recommend Dr Ignatovich to anyone in the Rochester Area looking for a kind, quick, efficent dermatologist. The office staff was wonderful as well, they kept things running smoothly and always had a smile on. Overall, I had an excellent experience!

Met with a nurse practitioner. Very nice. Informative.

The doctor may be wonderful but the office staff is rude, gets you off the phone quickly so that you don't have the time to ask a question, on the day of my appointment I called early to make sure I was still scheduled and they told me "no". My appointment was cancelled and they never called me to say so. I would have made a 20 mile trip one way for nothing. It's the office staff that needs to be more professional and considerate.

Unfriendly, couldn't answer my questions, unconstructive of prescription cost and rushed me out. Just a number to the staff.

I have recently been a patient of Yana and have just received proof that she lies and filled a report on the last appointment I had with her. I have proof that she lies about both her evaluation and charged me and Medicare For this visit and I am currently in the process of bringing this issue with both legal actions and federal fraud procedures against her. I would highly recommend you to seek a different Dr than her for your medical and financial protection.. and yes, I do currently have proof of her fraudulent activity and dishonest reports to me and the federal government...
