Office staff is so understanding and very nice. Dr. McClendon is wonderful! She always explains everything so well, and makes sure all my questions and concerns are addressed.

My husband and I started going here last year after relocating here. She is great! Spends a lot of time getting to know you and listens to what you have to say. Very prompt in sending prescriptions to pharmacy. Office staff is great too!!

Dr. Sawa-McClendon is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to my symptoms and asks a lot of questions to fully understand what my problem is. I have been seeing her for two years and I would absolutely recommend her.

Dr. Sawa is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband was diagnosed wrong 3 times and kept me in pain unnecessarily for 9 months. Wouldn't give me anything for pain and come to find out, He had a bad mcl tear on his knee, a cyst and arthritis. The xray she ordered said no arthritis. She would only give him weak pain medicine. He doesn't even like pills at all! She profiled him, called his pharmacy checking up on him. No trust at all. Erlanger in general is awful. Went to UT. Very happy with their care!

If you value your own time stay away from this place. They are a complete clown show everytime. It has forced me to find a new dr.

As a patient I was required to see this doctor on my first visit, despite the fact she is not the doctor on my insurance card. Once a doctor patient relationship was established, she has the audacity to not only dismiss me merely for asking questions reguarding a previous visit but to furthermore have me banned from the clinic for no apparent or reason. This is a gross abuse of authority on her part, and this is unacceptable behavior for any mature professional, much less adult. Real adults take responsibility and consequences for their actions.
