ZoomCare Super Emergency Care - Bellevue

Went in for a not quite emergent concern. Dr and nurses were super accommodating and kind. Was in and out with full blood labs and CT scan within 3hrs. Definitely recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Newell and the entire nursing staff at Super Zoom Clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Dr. Newell took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and made sure she fully understood my symptoms. I never felt rushed or dismissed—she was thorough, thoughtful, and explored every possible avenue of care. She went above and beyond by ordering ultrasounds, labs, and completing a comprehensive clinical assessment to ensure nothing was overlooked. Even when delivering difficult news, Dr. Newell did so with compassion and clarity. She made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was how seamlessly she coordinated my transition to the emergency room—she ensured I was set up appropriately, provided detailed paperwork, and even called ahead to the ER team. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. The team downloaded my ultrasound images onto a CD for the ER staff, left my IV in place to prevent unnecessary discomfort, and made sure everything was ready for a smooth handoff. These small but meaningful actions made a huge difference. The nursing staff were equally wonderful—warm, kind, and even able to make me laugh during a difficult time. Their positivity and compassion did not go unnoticed. Given the circumstances, this was truly the best experience I could have asked for. I felt genuinely cared for and in capable hands throughout. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Dr. Newell and the Super Zoom Clinic to anyone in need of attentive, thorough, and compassionate care.

Easy check in - wonderful and kind health care workers who all deserve a raise. Everything was easy and well communicated to me. This was SO much more pleasant than going to an ER!! They have everything at this clinic so this was the best choice I’ve made in a long time.
