We had a very very bad experience with her. She has a serious God complex. Unable to allow help or take guidance. Even though a parent knows their baby she refused to think I had any idea what I was talking about. I ended up being right on 3 occasions but by other doctors diagnosis. Because of her unwillingness to believe or admit she was wrong. My daughter suffered a great deal because of her issues. Im embarrassed it took 3 times for me to change doctors
I could write more supporting Dr. Moustafa, but I am limited on space here. Our son’s case was complicated and had been misdiagnosed by several doctors. His pediatricians were never able to connect the dots with the issues he was having sleeping and developmental delays. Dr. Moustafa and Dr. Foster (FNP) were the first doctors that slowed down in their busy schedule and took the time to listen to us. Dr. Moustafa was able to diagnose our son. Thanks to her work, our son has been seizure free!
Dr. Moustafa has been professional and helpful in diagnosing and treating our son with epilepsy. She has had great instincts, and we appreciate her care and attentiveness. She is thorough, flexible, and direct. She always makes time for us and quickly answers any questions we have regarding procedures, medicines, or seizure activity.
Misdiagnosed my child with epilepsy. She had a predetermined diagnosis based on one study that showed margins of error. Her lack of compassion in persuit of medical conclusion was alarming and reckless. This woman shouldnt be permitted to practice and I will be following up with the medical board to protect other parents that may be less informed when receiving what would be a life changing diagnosis for their children.
