I have felt compelled to write a review for Gayle Pitts at the Columbia location. I came to see her after experiencing some very serious symptoms. She did not disregard them and quickly narrowed down my diagnosis to a rare syndrome through testing. I am so grateful to her and the staff at AASC for helping me navigate a complex issue!

All of the healthcare staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Norvell and FNP, Gayle Pitts listen to you and your concerns and do not rush you through your visit. My allergy symptoms are much improved since starting the allergy injections.

The staff here I cannot say enough! They are always friendly, smiling, and ready to help in anyway. The lady that does my shots is beyond great! She always asks how I am doing with my shots. Any symptoms she can help with or that I am concerned about. The doctors spend time with you, listen to your concerns and address them. The wait is very minimal for doctors appointments or shot room. Love this place!

I took my daughter here for allergy testing and since day 1 the recepcionist has been negativo towards me. Then on thursday they called me they had a paper ready that we need in order for my daughter to go to school. We went to pick it up today and they said the printer wasn't working, which I get but I had given them a paper they could fill out and they didn't even have the original copy. They could've just filled it out by hand like they did at the dentist. My daughter hasn't been able to go to school without the paper. I am now going to try in springhill, hopefully they have nicer staff.
