After being a patient for over ten years I am extremely disappointed at being told today by receptionist to drive to Mt Juliet or Hermitage Today I retirees from Murfreesboro and now live in Lynchburg so let me book a helicopter! Last week Friday I called for help as cough very deep along with allergy congestion and blocked nose and blocked ears however been using voyage so only cough getting worse. I did not receive call back from nurse so this past Monday called again same symptoms cough problem Hooray nurse called back told me Doc needs to see you as more than year since seen, interesting as why do they renew my medications if not seen annually, so choice Thursday been yesterday or next week Wednesday. I chose next Wednesday as yesterday had a Kyak trip booked and would loose 1500 dollars Receptionist said told no other choice. At Kyak lunchtime had huge coughing fit ears total blocked breathing trouble. This morn called immediately as cannot breathe good and cough constant got told drive to Mt Juliet or Hendersonville Wow! Thank You for nothing! So I went to local emergency clinic Asurion and got a shot and two prescriptions Wow Thank Me for being your patient for over ten year Do not recommend as not available for any emergency support

WATCH OUT! They real you in with stories of success; then overcharge you for tests that lead to nowhere. Then their typical diagnosis is that you need multiple treatments from them for years---which may or may not even help. This place is nothing but a money printing scam.

I took my 6yr old son here for a PFT that his pediatrician ordered. He had the PFT done on 10/27/21 and I still have no results. The day he had the test done the woman administering the test said someone would call me in 3-5 days with results and two weeks later still nothing. I have called the office at least 5 times. Left 3 messages and actually spoke with 2 people. Today I was told by one of the ladies I talked to she would call me back with results. When I spoke with her again today she told me they sent the results to his pediatrician and I had to call their office for the results, that her office had already sent them over there. So I called my pediatrician's office and the nurse said they still did not receive the results. When she called the Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus center she was told by the nurse that she would send them by the end of the day. But I was told they were already sent. When asked why they did not give me the results as the child's mother they said because the pediatrician ordered the test. What doctor does not give test results to the patient or guardian. What kind of office gives patients the run around and never returns calls. Very poop patient care in my opinion.

they moved their shot clinic with out notifying me so I had a wasted trip. I have not received my shot for over a month and not one person has called me to check on me. Oh, but they sure want their money! Crap customer service!

Everyone here are very professional

There is nothing more painful than letting your child down especially when they are already suffering. I know I let my little girl down by trusting this office to care for her. They took her off her antihistamines for a week to do skin tests which landed her in the Er twice. Both times I called the office and they just said follow the ER advice and try to make it to skin test. When I brought my daughter in after her surviving the worst symptoms of her life they refused to skin test her because her allergies were too severe to risk it. So my child laid in bed dizzy with pressure headaches and vomiting until dehydrated and needing ER twice and instead of calling it off at the first call they allowed her to suffer worse than I have ever seen. When I was upset at what they had put her through they basically shrugged and said we would try again later. There are good doctors and caring NPs in multiple specialties but I did not find that here. I hope this review inspires change and helps anyone avoid the suffering my child went through just to end up worse than when we started.

I always have a pleasant visit at the Hermitage location, and have even brought my Grands with me since they have such a cute play room for children. Today, I finally reached my maintenance dose and had a great check up, too. Very pleased with my results and can already tell a difference around my family pets - I feel SO much better! Thank you so much for the excellent care I have received and all of the friendly staff experiences!

I always struggled with certain foods. Dr. Stauffer helped me so much with my food allergies. The whole experience from getting an appointment, to the office visit, skin test and results, was super easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The nurse in the purple scrubs in your “Our Story” picture was so rude to me at the Franklin office. Her poor bedside manner included accusatory remarks, condescension, and defensive body language. Will not go back here.

Love Dr Megan she's the best! Been coming here for both my asthma and my allergies for over 3 years now, and now my husband is also coming here to Dr Megan for his allergies. I get shots now just once a week and the ladies in the shot room are just fabulous!! They're so nice and are there for you if you have any problems. I totally recommend this place to everyone I know. My best friend also comes here for her asthma an allergies. This is the best place for you if you have asthma or allergies
