Dr.Jane Choi is amazing & very knowledgeable. The staff at this location were kind. 10/10
5 Star! My primary care physician had referred me to go see them and I had an appointment set up for the following week. However, I had a complete knockdown allergy attack and drove over there and saw a car in the parking lot before they were even open. They got me in, started having me fill out paperwork, while Gail, the nurse practitioner, changed what she was doing and saw me within 30 minutes of being there, as she knew I needed help badly. She spent a lot of time with me, having our appointment right then and there. I'm very grateful!!
Dr. Choi and her nurse Wendy are wonderful! They are patient, friendly, and are very thorough. Very happy with my care!
Just not a good experience for all involved , will update when we get a better solution
Experience so far has been great. Got in quickly to do bloodwork for my allergies and was able to start allergy shots for the first time shortly after. Going well so far and everyone has been nice. Easy and quick to get allergy shots done each time too
After being a patient for over ten years I am extremely disappointed at being told today by receptionist to drive to Mt Juliet or Hermitage Today I retirees from Murfreesboro and now live in Lynchburg so let me book a helicopter! Last week Friday I called for help as cough very deep along with allergy congestion and blocked nose and blocked ears however been using voyage so only cough getting worse. I did not receive call back from nurse so this past Monday called again same symptoms cough problem Hooray nurse called back told me Doc needs to see you as more than year since seen, interesting as why do they renew my medications if not seen annually, so choice Thursday been yesterday or next week Wednesday. I chose next Wednesday as yesterday had a Kyak trip booked and would loose 1500 dollars Receptionist said told no other choice. At Kyak lunchtime had huge coughing fit ears total blocked breathing trouble. This morn called immediately as cannot breathe good and cough constant got told drive to Mt Juliet or Hendersonville Wow! Thank You for nothing! So I went to local emergency clinic Asurion and got a shot and two prescriptions Wow Thank Me for being your patient for over ten year Do not recommend as not available for any emergency support
They were very knowledgeable and informative. They were also thorough in their assessments. I am now set up on a maintenance treatment plan and I’m happy about that!
Nurses were nice, but do not expect to be seen for long or heard for your concerns. This likely depends what doctor you see, but I left and went to another allergist and had much better results.
First time visiting an allergist. Didn’t know exactly what to expect. My expectations were set low regarding wait time, bed side manor etc. I was processed in quickly. The nurse and Dr were very informative and took lots of time to understand me and more importantly for me to understand their tests and treatment recommendations! Can’t say enough about the visit! Fingers crossed the therapies will be effective.
Very professional and the wait times were minimal. I felt like my concerns were addressed and new prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
