I am a patient here and everytime I go in to get my allergy shots there is a very gossipy blonde nurse who is always talking about my health( I get shots) or mentioning personal, confidential things about my father. He is in a healthcare facility here in Nashville. Big hippa violation and it makes me wonder WHY this lady is still employed. Very unprofessional as well.

I've always spoken so highly of this office as I've been a patient close to 10 years. That all changed today. All I can say is Be mindful of the things that the nurses write in the comment section of your chart. Especially if they don't communicate those things with you. I was so embarrassed by what another staff member accidentally read out loud to me, ABOUT ME, while communicating with me about a Prescription that I was waiting to be called in. It sucks too. ALWAYS remember We All have feelings. Be blessed

Dr. Overholt and his staff are friendly and professional. They listened to our concerns and did an allergy test. I'm so thankful we chose this place. I will recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was nice, but it would have helped me tremendously if they had given me some idea of how much the skin test was going to cost me before just doing it like it was as commonplace as taking my temperature.

Been going for a few weeks now and getting my treatment started ! Hoping for some Great results in the end but staff is very attentive and helpful and positive attitudes ! Location is bit of a drive for me from Southeast but so far I’m hopeful it will be worth the whole experience! Billing department will assist financially where they can to help during these times ! Thank you All !

It's been a while since I've gone, but i took a friend recently and was reminded of how amazing the experience is. The staff is very helpful and clear with all goings on. You won't wait long to be seen with an appointment, we were in the back within 5 minutes of signing in. The actual doctors they have are all very friendly, and listen better than my regular doctor at what symptoms you're displaying, as well as trying to work the treatment to your personal life. Don't even get me started on the great coupons they have, because as any person with asthma knows our medication is expensive, but with them they always give me sample packs to carry me to my next pay check. If every medical office ran like this one we'd be a healthier world all over. I HIGHLY recommend going if you have any breathing or allergy problems.
