The CNTs were wonderful...but thats all! I never have been so heartbroken over the lack of compassion and initiative. My mother suffered horribly at the hands of nursing with no prior experience of geriatric care. I had prior experience in this line of work. So disappointing and heartbreaking for me as we had a long goodbye to my mother. I would #NEVER recommend this company to anyone I knew..not even for their pet. I hope you get some geriatric experienced nurses who have compassion for the suffering of the dying...and I hope they listen to their patients and families.Praying peace and comfort for anyone stuck with this business. I am so sorry for you.

The nurses were so professional, kind and caring for our MOM and her family! They explained everything so well, offered much help. They were only a phone call away when any changes occurred. They are all God's Angels here on earth. Wynde White, the Nurse manager was so awesome. She came late night when my Mom passed and help with her. This team is so compassionate in their work. Angels!!!

Avalon Hospice at Lebanon Tennessee helped with care of my mother. They were excellent!! I highly recommend them.

In May of 2019 my mother went on hospice care with Avalon. She was in her last days of a 3 yr battle with breast cancer. Her nurse was GiGi & her caregiver was Amanda. I could not say more about the love & care these 2 Godly women gave to my mother. My sister & I were very scared about what hospice actually meant. We didnt want my mother to give up or lose her will to live. The team at Avalon explained to us that this is just a way of helping her LIVE more comfortably. The last 2 weeks Amanda came by & checked on our Mom even on the days she wasn't assigned to come. GiGi was also there no matter what time of day or night. These 2 women are a great team and they have what it takes to take care of your family member & you as a family. Avalon's case worker Teresa had gotten approved for us to take her to Florida and it be paid for but she passed before we were able to go. Avalon understood that our Mother was the most important person in the world to us and these ladies treated her as though they felt that way as well. THANK YOU AVALON FOR EVERYTHING.
