The doctor is wonderful and professional. The young man at the front desk had so many facial piercings, tattoos and long painted fingernails which is a bit unsettling.

They are the rudest people around. They don’t give you a prescription with the brand of contact you want and then they argue with you about it. They are a complete joke of a store! Avoid the lily lady like the plague. No customer service skills at all in this building!

This has been my third year going to this location and optometrist. They are very efficient, professional and caring with check in and the beginning process. Doc is amazing. I love her. She sees you as a human and not another body. She is caring and clear direction and talked with me about my eye care, not too me. She was kindly responsive to my questions without talking down to me. And check out the women answered all my questions and were so helpful about what glasses looked good in my face! Highly recommend this happy valley Norterra location!
