This office completely wasted our time and made an already difficult situation even harder for my 88-year-old mother, who is disabled, wheelchair-bound, and suffering from a painful tooth that needed to be extracted. The day before our appointment, I called and explained our situation in detail. I told them my mother has both Medicare and Medi-Cal, but her ID and passport had expired because her disability has made it extremely difficult to transport her to the DMV or passport office. I also made it clear that if her insurance could not be used because of the expired identification, I was more than willing to pay for her treatment in cash on the spot. The person I spoke with assured me they understood my concerns and said they would relay everything to the dentist. Transporting my mother is a major undertaking. Getting her into the car, loading and unloading her wheelchair, and bringing her to the office while she was in pain was physically exhausting. When we arrived, we were told they could not treat her because of her expired ID and passport. I reminded them that I had already explained this over the phone and that we were prepared to pay cash without using insurance. Their response was that they could take X-rays but would not provide treatment. What good is an X-ray to an elderly woman in severe pain if you refuse to treat the problem? At that point, I chose to leave with my mother rather than continue dealing with an office that showed so little compassion and common sense. If they knew they would refuse treatment without updated identification, they should have told me during my phone call. Instead, they had us make a difficult trip for nothing while my mother continued to suffer. I hope they improve their communication so other elderly or disabled patients don't have to go through the same frustrating and unnecessary experience.

Nice location, nasty attitudes. Especially the receptionist. Stay away from this place.
ur very good we think u are very gentle with me and easy.
So disappointing, I highly advise to not come here. I had made an emergency appointment the night before and spent hours upon hours in this office waiting to be seen and treated. I told the phone agent that my left top hurt and went in for that complaint and that complaint fell on deaf ears. They filled my cavities on the lower teeth and they did not talk to me about the fillings or even offered tooth colored filling. They tried to get me to do a crown instead of what I came in for. Be very cautious of this office and what they actually do and say they will do for you.
Great dentist! I am a new client for sure!
The staff is incredibly kind however the wait time at this location is atrocious. I had an appointment at 2 pm and I wasn’t called in until 3. Then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes just for them to check my teeth to see what needed to be done with my braces. I understand if there’s minimal staff but I do feel like things could have been done to prevent such a wait time, not just for me but for the other customers waiting in the lobby.
Please don’t even try this location horrible staff specially the front desk, you will regret it that is it.
People were very nice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this dental office! Pham Phuong did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was very gentle, professional, and friendly. My teeth felt so clean afterward, and my smile looked even brighter! I also really appreciated her complimenting how well I take care of my teeth it made me feel great. Thank you, Pham Phuong for such wonderful care! I highly recommend this office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
