Update from original review: absolutely stay away from this place. X-rays at new dentist office revealed that this company never even bothered to put the heel cap on the work they did that they tried to charge me double the amount agreed.

This is my new dentures they look awful. They fall out of my mouth. They've already been fixed once this cost with my insurance $5000. I cannot believe they put out product like this. I can't wear them.

This place is great! I've had bad experiences at other dental offices but not this one. Staff is always friendly. They're efficient and they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend this place!

They never answer their phones. ... well they do answer, just to put you on hold until the phone hangs up

Bad bad experience , the office of Fullerton it’s been my dental clinic for long time and I’m bring all my family to this location but my last visit was a horrible experience , Faviola Campos was supper rude , help less with not intention to help at all , so sad that one person damage the rest of good staff

I recently visited Western Dental Orthodontics and had a great experience! The receptionists were nice and made check-in easy. My dentist and his assistant were amazing - they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The assistant was gentle, attentive and she was very friendly. Everyone there was professional and efficient. I left feeling informed and confident in my dental care. Thanks to the whole team at Western Dental Orthodontics!

it was my first visit in fullerton. fast and friendly. dr Gupta did my cleaning and assistant harsimrat was great and friendl. office is clean well kept and everything works!
