Horrible staff flat out refused to pickup the phone n hella disrespectful people at the office including Eddie who's the manager and also is taking advantage of people who have insurance n not bill the insurance but want to make patients pay out of pocket

Dentist was great, upscale by some other person was annoying as hell. Just do the work I’m here for and leave me alone until it’s done.

Dr.Vargas did an excellent job on my dentures. I'm a very happy patient. 😀

Came in for serious work. Oversold with bone graphs, paid $3,000+. Wanted to save some teeth, but they claimed they had to follow my referral, but the referral said nothing about bone grafts. Did bone grafts in my wisdom teeth; bad job, unneeded. The procedure was rushed. Went through lots of pain, exposed bone, bumpy bone grafts; half of it came out. Cracked my tooth during extractions (I didn't know at the time). The instrument slipped, cracked my tooth, and jabbed the bottom of my mouth. Lots of blood was flowing. I pointed it out, and they denied any wrongdoing and said it was normal. Only found out later how serious it was. Literally pulled the cracked piece of tooth out of my gum. Now I need to extract the cracked tooth. Stitches weren't completely removed the first time; I had to come in again. And I think there is still a stitch embedded in my gum. Scheduled an appointment to discuss with the dentist the damaged tooth; had to reschedule. They stopped picking up my phone calls. keep me on hold and then the phone drops. Stay away; not professional.

Don’t go to this location, Unless you want to waste your time and not be helped.

Yesterday I went with my daughter because she has a dental cleaning appointment, the appointment was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, We waited until 3:40 and were never seen because the person who was going to take the x-rays never became available. We decided to leave because the people at the front desk were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving customers. Don’t go to this location

The wait times are crazy! I don’t understand the need for an appointment. Had an appointment at 10:30 was called at 11:30 for just x-rays. My time is valuable. Let’s hope the service is better. Please do better yall.

The manager Eddie on Northgate Western Dental and all the other ladies have had my payment loan backed up for months for services I don't got with them. He sends invoices making up false information with my Dental care for my cancelation of services. All I needed was a cancelation to be back with my dentist I been with. Northgate Western Dental gave me an experience I wouldn't want and they business of work was not highly satisfying.

03/10/26 My terrible experience visiting this clinic. I am 75 years old. First, they performed an X-ray . The doctor examined me and presented a treatment plan: extraction 10teeth--followed by a bone replacement graft--and partial maxillary and mandibular dentures, Although I came in with pain in tooth #10, intending to have it extracted. Treatment denied I took painkillers. 04/01/26 I refused to sign the previously proposed treatment plan and requested that tooth number 10 be extracted. They brought me a packet of documents stating that I was declining the proposed plan, which I signed. I was very nervous, the doctor took my blood pressure; BP was 183/89(usually 144/90) Treatment denied, a referral to a general practitioner was issued. 04/03/26 Got the report from the general practitioner.BP was 138/73 04/07/26 Appointment time ;10:00 am. 11:10am was called in to see dentist . 11:37am no examined by a dentist; no treatment. I was informed that I should return on the 13th. 04/13/26 . Examined another doctor, recommended treatment for the tooth. . No need to extract the tooth; the tooth can be saved, and treatment is recommended. Please advise where I can turn for help? I wrote because I received an "Urgent Benefits Notice" from Western Dental &Orthodontics

Definitely recommend going to this western dental. Team T&T are the best ortho doctors to work with!! They’re fast and really reliable when it comes to helping with anything with information about your teeth.
