Worst experience I’ve had at a dentist they where extremely rude, my appointment was around 315 and I was not seen until 430 the nurse who did my X-rays was rude and making statements about my teeth when I questioned she said “ask a doctor,” the dentist was also very non accommodating and rude this place needs to be looked into

Bad experience.

Disorganized and bad customer service. From oral surgeon(male) being a despot and lacking empathy, to not delivering dental device when told. To making a patient wait toothless for two weeks when impressions were taken in June! It's October now. But they insist on full payment before services are completed. They want the money and then they don't deliver. Very frustrating and disappointing. Do not recommend at all!!!

You're telling me that there's no orthodontic patient coordinator? Who is running this place? Based on me and so many others' reviews, the standard of care is just not it. Trust me when I say that this review is just Barely the tip of the iceberg.

This place is terrible, adding extra payments over a year later since I was last seen, front desk is terrible, I was transferred to the front desk and was put on hold and then the line disconnected, called again and was unable to connect with anyone, just kept ringing. This place isn’t even worth the star.go somewhere where you’ll have clear communication, great dental is 10 times better than this place.

They’re not professional they have attitude even you don’t have gum problem they will say you do so just they can sell their product and we went there our appointment is 1:30 they call us almost 3:00 pm and I talk to them and the assistant told me.WELL YOU HAVE TO WAIT ! No apologies not even smile she hurt my wife maybe because I complained to her

Based on then reviews I want to cancel my appointments. I made 2 appointments for my daughters and questioning it now☹️

i do not recommend this place bad service i can't stress it enough on how bad they hurt me they didn't even apologize they took an hour and they weren't even busy my appointment was as at 4 and called in at 5:20 to take me in just for an x-ray. they didn't even bring my mom in to know what i needed mind you im only 16. my mom also called earlier that day and was left on hold for 36 min almost an hour and they just left my mom in the lobby there with no information. such a bad place i do not recommend at all.

My experience at this orthodontic office has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially when dealing with the office manager, Jackie. For the past 7 months, I continued going to appointments and was never once informed that my contract had expired. That only became an issue when it was convenient for them. I later discovered they had added extra charges to my account without notifying me. I had to call multiple times just to get basic information, and Jackie was extremely difficult to reach. When I finally did speak with her, she constantly talked over me and refused to actually listen or take accountability. Now, after all that, they’re telling me I can just “end my treatment” and that I won’t receive my retainers because my contract expired something they never mentioned until now. On top of that, they’re saying I have to pay out of pocket for the retainers. I even went in person to speak directly with Jackie about it, and still got no real help or resolution. What kind of service is this? How can you fail to communicate critical contract information for months, continue scheduling appointments, and then suddenly say it’s all expired and the patient is responsible? Because of the way this entire situation has been handled, I’ve chosen to stop my treatment here. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, clear, and respectful care. Patients deserve better than this.
