This was my first appointment. There was a bit of a wait before the appointment, but the appointment itself was quick. They couldn't fit a cleaning on first appointment and I'll have to wait nearly a month for the next

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. This is the second time I have had an appointment here and ended up waiting more than two hours before being seen by the dentist. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but waiting over two hours on multiple visits is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. It makes me question the purpose of scheduling appointments if patients are expected to sit in the waiting room for such an extended period. The dental care itself may be good, but the office’s scheduling and time management practices need significant improvement. I hope management addresses these issues and makes the necessary operational changes so future patients do not experience the same frustration. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office until they improve their appointment scheduling and patient wait times.
