I had a very disappointing experience at this medical center. There is only one doctor available to see a large number of patients, which results in extremely long wait times. I waited nearly two hours just to be called into the exam room, and the overall process was very inefficient. I also want to mention my experience with Breana Gonzalez. Her customer service was very poor. She was rude, discourteous, and unprofessional throughout the interaction, making an already frustrating experience even worse. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously by improving staffing levels and ensuring that all patients are treated with respect and courtesy.

If your job sends you to concentra PLEASE look for another provider. Concentra sucks Walk ins are welcome but expect to be on site at least 2 hours (they say total time but you still spend 30 to 40 mins more waiting for a doctor to check out out) If you’re lucky they’ll give you ibuprofen for the pain. Place is a total joke. Jojo, if you ever read this, maybe you shouldn’t deal with people if you’re going to roll eyes at them or hang up on them over the phone

I’ve been having my appts for the past 10 months finally going to have my surgery Dr G explains everything clearly and always ask if I have any questions Jojo is the best she makes my appts And follow ups Orders Meds Photo copies everything I need She knows her stuff She’s always Happy and Kind Thank you Team for helping me get through this process ♥️🌺

I love the staff! The front staff are always friendly, engaging, respond in a timely manner to emails/voicemails and they truly appear to enjoy their job! Honestly, Dr. Wang seemed very business like and “stuffy” to me at first, but he is actually very nice. He answers questions, takes time to listen, offers a conservative approach and gives referrals as appropriately needed.
