Poor quality staff. They kept calling me but never had the updated information about my recent visits. The NP I met with with was very poor quality and lacked basic information about my situation and general people skills. Overall, probably about average for a Concentra location, but very poor overall.

After waiting for the Dr. for 30 min in the room. I was given a 20 min lecture on stuff that doesn’t apply to me and it seamed as if she had a pre-set mind set regarding my health by looking at 2 things on my paperwork. I literally had a 20 minute lecture and 5 minute exam! The Dr. also speaks in rhythm patterns so you are more in tune with her voice than what she is actually saying! When I had questions the Dr. walked out of the room mainly because I was upset. Then when I went to the waiting room. My questions were ignored and I was given false information by the office manager who is not qualified to answer my questions. I then had to wait to speak to the Dr. at least 4 or 5 times just for her to give me misinformation and lies as I looked up some stuff in accordance to the FMCSA website. The office staff tried to bypass my questions, have me sign my paperwork just so they didn’t have to deal with me.

Concentra medical clinic completing my annual physical for WTC. The staff was very professional kind courteous, and it was on top of their game in a timely manner. I can’t say but only good things about Concentra medical clinic and San Jose, California thank you.

if i could give zero starts i would or give a negative rating absolutely worsr experience of my life the bald doctor was so unprofessional and gave me alot of weird vibes, after asking a few normal questions he seemed annoyed as if i didn't know what i was talking about i don't like the unprofessionalism and i feel like they need to definitely work on customer service and how they treat clients. they also diminish injury's. i highily understand why this place is rated 1.7 stars, they diminish injurys and started laughing when i told them about my injury, what place is this????? this made me extremely uncomfortable plesse avoid this place at all costs !

Excellent urgent care, went for a New Nursing job medical clearance. The MA’s are friendly and efficient, the Doc was also very helpful. And this location is not crowded like some north bay concentras. Thank you.
