They were not prepared for my visit until i reached out to my company representative. Then they suddenly found me records. After that things went smoothly. All i needed was a hearing test for my company since i work in a data center and they want to see if my hearing is being impacted.

Dr. Maria is a favorite of mine and Ritu Physical Therapy and her staff do the most amazing job! Front Desk girls always are smiling and respectful! If anyone has a negative comment it’s because they are the rude one not this staff! I have been in/out this location for many years! Stacey Loves you all!

I came for the first time and the service is really smooth, staff members are really calm and welcoming. Even in their hectic schedule they are patient and helping. Thank you! ❤️✨️

Staff was nice and Doctor was nice. Good visit overall! 9/ 10. The only reason why it wasn’t a perfect score, was because I was the only person there and it took an hour and some change before I was seen… Other than that, it was a great visit overall!

Came in for a routine TB test and was shocked by how unprofessional the environment felt. Lin, the manager, was rude, condescending, and openly disrespectful toward both employees and patients. It was clear that the staff were affected by her poor attitude, and the entire clinic had a hostile atmosphere because of it. A medical facility should make people feel comfortable and respected, not stressed and unwelcome. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
