I went there on July 3 at noon, they told me I have to wait for 2 hours, I left and went back at 3pm, I waited for about an hour, they told me that they can't see me on Friday. So I made an appointment for 3pm July 6. On July 6, I went there at 3pm. They kept me waiting for 2 hours in the lobby. About 15 people who came later were treated before me. This is racial discrimination because I am the only Asian in the lobby. It's the shame of concentra to have this bad receptionist.

PA Leslie Diaz is extremely rude and unprofessional, did not listen to any symptoms I explained and came to her own conclusion, had a condescending attitude and tone the entire time, got mad at me when I woke up after waiting alone for almost two hours no one communicating to me what is going on when I asked how much longer while yawning not in a rude tone at all just curious and snapped at me "im doing the best I can im not going to go faster because you do not feel good you can leave or go to the er", kept telling me over and over I can leave and go to the er and I don't need to be here so she can go home apparently and clock out, barely let me talk at all, got mad when I asked her if she saw where I put my glasses down because of my symptoms related to memory and literally said to me, "I DIDNT TAKE YOUR GLASSES?" Why would a professional's first thought be to think their patient is accusing them of stealing... I told her 3 times about the symptoms I was having related to memory. She got mad at me and snapped at me be because I didn't know the generic name of a medicine I'm allergic to because I haven't taken it in years and said "ill just find it myself!" I had to advocate for myself because she was busy thinking about being off and clocking out instead of listening to my symptoms otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the instructions and care I needed, and then to top it off I heard her and someone else complaining how I'm the last patient and they want to clock out and leave already like I'm some kind of nuisance for being directed her by my job's insurance....
