Pésima experiencia tenía cita a las 11:00am se hicieron la 1pm y no hubo atención pero si me hicieron firmar un documento en el cual decía lo que me iban hacer y en realidad no lo hicieron

Muy mala experiencia tenía mi cita para limpieza regular a las 8:30 y todo bien pero también tenía mi cita para el ortodoncista a las 9:00 y nada bien eran las 1:40 y yo seguía esperando que me pasaran tuve que reagendar otra cita porque era demasiado tiempo esperando no lo recomiendo

Worst experience ever. I got there early for my appointment and after 30 minutes of waiting the front desk lady told me that doctor isn’t coming in today and I have to wait for a replacement Doctor, which I was okay with. I specifically told them I wanted a just a cleaning and waiting over 2 hours for them to tell me I need to pay $3,000. They wanted to remove my wisdom teeth which there’s nothing wrong with them and they added so many additional things that I did not ask for. I just told her I want whatever my insurance covers which is a cleaning. After I refused to do what they wanted me to pay the girl gave me attitude, therefore I didn’t want to be there any longer so I left. It was such a pointless 2 hours wasted. Very unprofessional.

they're all nice people very polite and accommodating. the care that you need they will you give to you. The main dentist is very kind.

The staff here are very nice and friendly, but for some reason every time I have a general appointment my wait time is 40min to almost an hour! It's ridiculous. Other than that like I said staff are friendly.

I highly recommend this location, staff is very friendly Janina has the best customer service, if you are looking to switch or looking for a new dentist office come check them out- my daughter is getting her braces here she’s very happy with them on.
