Absolutely terrible! They set up a payment plan for 2 crowns, they only put one in. I’ve called, texted, emailed and called again… All I get is the run around. Not one person can take care of this! Then Edger on the phone lied and said it’s one one crown they are charging! I have proof of payments and of contract, and of only one crown in my mouth! Lies, I already paid 1300.00 plus 218.00 for the first and only crown! I like the dentist a lot, but the office personal is simply terrible. I’m wasting so much time and they WILL NOT RESOLVE their over billing practices!

Horrible service with Dr. Solomon. He has terrible bedside manner and even worse professional skills. I’ve never left a review on Facebook, but after my waste of a time, painful and rude encounter with this dentist I had to let anyone know who is interested to see Dr. Solomon, Go to a new dentist! Don’t waste your time and money on their incompetence.

I want to give a big shout out to Melody in the Victorville Western Dental. She is an amazing employee who always helps everyone out. And for Dr. Joe, my kids love him. He’s making their teeth beautiful!!

This place sucks!!! Don’t go here unless you like wasting your day waiting even though you have an appointment. No one seems to care about the patients time. Then they rush on you and doesn’t seem like they are doing a good job. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!

This is the worst dental office in history. They do not treat you with any respect they treat you like dirt if you don’t have the money to afford there crazy treatments. They are all sales men trying to sell you and if you don’t buy they act like your a cheap person that doesn’t need treatment. I went into get my teeth cleaned got sent home becuase I didn’t buy they’re $1500 dollar treatment.
