My appointment was at 9:30am I arrived at 9:25. I check in and they have me wait till 10:05 when they call me to the back to wait again another 30 min. I watch the staff walking around looking lost another patient already sitting in a to says he's been there for 2 hours and they haven't even started on him yet. This place is ridiculous! I wonder if I had dental insurance other than medical would I be treated better.. when you have a question for the doctor the staff says they will have doctor call back.. Muy mala atención desde que llegas te reciben con mal cara parece que están molestas de estar trabajando ahí , no saben atender a los pacientes en especial la recepcionista de nombre Norma que tiene cara como que todo le da asco y muy grosera Se creen dueños del lugar como si ellos estuvieran haciendo un favor y no supieran que son simples empleados a los que se les paga para atendernos con amabilidad . Por eso mejor decidí cambiarme a otro Dentista

The procedure itself went well and all the staff were super nice. What I didn’t like was that my appt was at 11am. I wasn’t called until 1 and then I was told the doctor wanted me back at 2:30 because they were going to lunch.

I am very unhappy with the treatment so far for my mom’s dentures. From day one my mom had to wait hours before she was seen by the dentist. Every time I would come with her, it seem like the dentist did not know what she was doing until I would go to the front office or reception And ask about what was going on with my mom. From nurses arguing with the dentist, dentist, going back-and-forth with one patient and then another and having my mom wait, from the dentures not fitting properly and having to mold again, making a mess in my mom’s mouth I will request a full refund and asked to speak to the manager. It’s terrible.

I've been attending western dental in Whittier for years and I absolutely love it here. The staff members are so welcoming and ready to answer and questions or concerns you may have. Andrea in general is the sweetest! I've been to other dental locations where I've felt rushed, but not here. They are considerate and make sure everything is great before you leave. The rest of my family now attends here and they also say great things. Thank you
