Skin Institute in Redwood City is conveniently located…The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I had a skin check with the PA and she did a thorough exam and performed cryosurgery with a spray device on my suspicious lesions…I highly recommend this dermatology practice for annual and bi-annual skin exams and treatments. They are timely and very efficient.

Everyone there was lovely and welcoming, esp Liz. I was on the fence about what to do; she gave me suggestions but was not pushy. I can’t see any results yet, but based on customer experience, I’d definitely go back.

The office worked hard to fit me in quickly, as opposed to the other offices are a month out. Dr was great actually doing some things that are deeper analysis and I’m very happy with my new doctor.

Came in on last week Thursday for Skin rash and was told that prescription has been sent to CVS! No prescription has been sent ! Called them twice every day this week to follow up no one answered! Left voice mails and email. So yea my experience was quite bad and useless! There is basically no way to reach them. I was booked for another appointment next month , if the office sees the review - please cancel it ! Because there is no sense in a follow up appointment when the first appointment medicine has only not been prescribed properly !
