Mike is excellent and very professional
Do not make an appointment to this dermatology office. The front office staff was very rude when I arrived early for a consultation appointment. The woman's first words to me were "we are closed for lunch!" When I returned from the bathroom, she had locked me out of the office waiting room. I waited an hour in the hallway for them to open. Once I was inside I was given an IPad and told to fill it out. I couldn't find my medications on the list, couldn't find my Walgreens pharmacy listed, etc. When my appointment time can and went, without comment from the front office staff, I decided this wasn't the office I felt confident or comfortable with my dermatology needs. A few weeks later they charged me a missed appointment fee ($75.00), which I will pay. There are much better offices, with extremely better customer service. I made this appointment for a second opinion but with go back to the first office.
Excellent dermatologist with an amazing & warm personality to go with it!
I was seen right away and the Doctor was right there, he was very professional listening to me and my concerns with several different things that were bothering me. Then we talked about treatment options and a new RX. I was glad that I saw him and look forward to seeing at my next appointment.
Cordial efficient and effective.
Dr Chansky is a not only an overall kind, caring, wonderful individual to go along the hormonal acne journey with but EXTREMELY effective and knowledgeable. I fall under the bucket of people that has dealt with hormonal acne / rosacea in both my teenage and adult years. With my former dermatologist, I had tried all of the prescription lotions and pills under the sun with no luck and visits never had any real solution. After all these years and a period of time where I gave up all together out of frustration and hopelessness, I decided to give it one last shot to try a new dermatologist when my insecurities with my skin worsened. Dr. Chansky provided me a new regimen that correctly addressed my skin needs and my skin improved nearly immediately. I even got to a place where I could progress to acne lazers due to improvements in my skin from his regimen. Most importantly, after 10+ years of trying to tackle my acne, his help is the reason I finally can experience being confident in my own skin (and even get compliments!) in this lifetime and gave me the hope I never had. I never imagined this could ever be an outcome for me and I will always be thankful to his care and expertise to get me here. I can't recommend him enough!! His staff are also friendly and supportive.

I called to make an appointment and they said I would need two separate appointments for my rosacea and a mole check. Give me a break
Stay away. My doctor left the practice and I was transferred to a new doctor without my consent or notification. I received a call out of the blue to tell me that I'd missed an appointment with Doctor X who had never treated me and that I had never scheduled. I've been receiving bills in the mail for a $75 missed appointment fee for the last 18 months. Despite dropping by the office 3x to try to get the fee canceled the invoices have continued to arrive in the mail. Either the practice has no control over the billing department, or the billing department doesn't care. They've now sent me to collections. For a $75 bill. For an appoint I didn't make. With a doctor I didn't agree to see. Don't trust them with your health or your money.
This place is a textbook example of how a dermatology practice should not operate. My visit here was a complete disaster from start to finish. In a 12‑minute appointment, they managed to squeeze out an office copay, then quietly sent another bill weeks later for a so‑called "treatment" that lasted maybe three seconds. My insurance was hit with more than $800 for that single visit. Then the provider told me to come back in two weeks--only to repeat the exact same thing: another ~$800 charge, another useless appointment, and still no proper treatment. The billing department clearly pushes every code they can get away with, and they do it aggressively. It's predatory, plain and simple. It's no surprise you can walk in here same‑day while every reputable dermatology clinic in the area has a long waitlist. People catch on fast when a practice prioritizes billing over care. I had to go elsewhere to finally get real medical attention from a dermatologist who didn't treat patients like billing opportunities. If you value your skin, your wallet, or your sanity, avoid Schweiger. They've turned dermatology into a cash‑grab machine, and patients are the ones paying the price.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
