An annual full body scan for skin cancer is a good idea. Dr. Hsiao is personable and efficient. After many sunburns in my life, it's reassuring to know all is okay.

Have been a patient of Dr. Hsiao for years. He is professional, thorough and kind! His aid, Jackie, is a lovely person who has the magic touch with Dr. Hsiao’s patients. She is patient, empathetic and helpful. We love this practice and highly recommend it.
Very professional and efficient services, Thank you very much!
Exceptional practice always educating and actively listening to consumers. I can see the progress in my treatment and I love all the welcoming staff.
I’m angry and leaving this review to hopefully save the next soul who decides to book with Dr. Paul Tumeh. I went and got a second opinion elsewhere and my new derm could not believe that Tumeh prescribed me 0.1% tazorac without first asking about my history with retinoids. Which is none. I never suffer from acne but now my skin is completely irritated and my barrier is ruined. It’s completely ruined my confidence and I’m now undoing what he did. The front desk was also very incompetent and could not answer simple questions about scheduling and copay. The office itself was dingy and musty - I should’ve taken that as a sign and left! Please don’t book with them if you care about your skin.
This place is a textbook example of how a dermatology practice should not operate. My visit here was a complete disaster from start to finish. In a 12‑minute appointment, they managed to squeeze out an office copay, then quietly sent another bill weeks later for a so‑called "treatment" that lasted maybe three seconds. My insurance was hit with more than $800 for that single visit. Then the provider told me to come back in two weeks--only to repeat the exact same thing: another ~$800 charge, another useless appointment, and still no proper treatment. The billing department clearly pushes every code they can get away with, and they do it aggressively. It's predatory, plain and simple. It's no surprise you can walk in here same‑day while every reputable dermatology clinic in the area has a long waitlist. People catch on fast when a practice prioritizes billing over care. I had to go elsewhere to finally get real medical attention from a dermatologist who didn't treat patients like billing opportunities. If you value your skin, your wallet, or your sanity, avoid Schweiger. They've turned dermatology into a cash‑grab machine, and patients are the ones paying the price.
Worst place to get help with a skin condition. Doctors don’t care and are not helpful with finding solutions. The doctor took 2 minutes to evaluate the condition and made very little effort to ask questions simply offered an over the counter prescription. Watch out if you are out of network how they bill you. Don’t go here you’ll regret it
Terrible system for appointments. Agent on call gave me the wrong address while booking the appointment and I was at the wrong location. I called to notify and after a long set of AI responses, a human came on the line, took my info and did not pass it on. Front desk person left an hour before closing time. A bunch of Ubers and frustration later I still could not see the practioner. Rest of the front desk does not know how to enter insurance information in the system. I have an active skin infection and they have no consideration for patient care.
I visited this clinic multiple times for a bump on my toe and didn’t have a good experience. It was initially diagnosed as a corn and I was told it didn’t need treatment, so I was sent home without anything being done. On my second visit, it was again labeled a corn and was cut out, and I was told to use a prescription cream — but the prescription never made it to my pharmacy, which led to extra follow-ups and delays. The condition continued to worsen. I eventually saw a different dermatologist who correctly identified it as a wart and treated it quickly. Overall, the misdiagnosis and prescription issues made the process longer and more frustrating than it should have been.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
