I wish I were able to give a review but the services were never completed so it’s hard to say. I went to the office and had a very standard appt with no complaints. Bit of a wait but not more than standard. The doctor said a sample would be required to give a diagnosis. A sample was taken and I was told to expect results in 3-5 day, and that at that point the appropriate treatment would be recommended. No word back, so after 8 days, I reach out via their patient portal. It directs me to a results link that is a broken url. I try again after 2 weeks and get an automated message that my messages have been received and will be responded to shortly. Even accounting for the holiday weekend, 2 weeks for a 3-5 days estimate is absurd. And counting…because I have still yet to hear back. And all this time I’m still waiting to learn what my prognosis and the recommended course of treatment is.
Sonia was wonderful. Kind, professional and very helpful. I just hope I'm spelling her name right!
excellent professional service & staff very friendly too thank you
Very friendly and professional atmosphere, Fast visit and very good attention to my specific problem
Extremely satisfied!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Tumeh's a number of years, he is professional, focusing on your needs while explaining his findings addressing the necessary treatment. Highly recommend him as a top dermatologist!
Trying to do any scheduling with them is a nightmare. What's the point of automated messages when they don't work to confirm nor cancel, prompting people to call in to make changes, BUT THEY NEVER PICK UP. Always straight to voicemail, any time during business hours throughout the week. How this place has returning patients is beyond me, making profit off no show fees?
Excellent care here as usual
I was recently seen by Dr. Hsiao for skin check for moles. He and his assistant were both friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Hsiao for their expertise!
Absolutely the worst "customer service" I have been trying for a WEEK to cancel an appointment. If you get lucky and someone answers the phone, you're going to be great. however, if you get shoved to voicemail, forget it. I've left three voicemails in the past week and have had ZERO calls back. I have been wondering if I should ask SFPD to do a wellness check to make sure they are okay. This is a conglomerate that started as one office down south, but that has been swallowing entire practices with the promise of easy money, and taking over practices that are closing. The desk staff are just absolutely unprofessional as can be, uncaring, disorganized. I was there once when one of the staff was dishing on a friend of hers and talking about a restraining order... it's really like.. leaves you wondering if this is actually a medical office or maybe it's just a rehab for trashy people. There is NO corporate number to call to get help about the office when the office fails to serve patients properly - and the people running this conglomerate (paying Derm doctors $400K/year - look at their job listings) DOES NOT want to hear from patients who are not being taken care of properly. Primarily based on what "doctors" have tried to sell me in the past, this company exists to pimp expensive cosmetic treatments. If you are there for medical care, it's going to be a quick once-over and out the door.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
