Urology office in Punta Gorda, FL is the worst. Overbooking, very rude office staff, and long long long wait times. Waited 2 hours to be seen and was rudely treated after I asked for a refund of my co-pay. I have been going to that office for the last 3 years and have had enough of the way that office is run. Will be looking for a new urologist. I do not recommend them to anyone. I would definitely start improving the office staff attitude and work to make appointment times shorter. There is no point in making an appointment when they are people's times are not respected.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing, very warm and caring and always concerned about your well-being. It was well organized and very clean.

I was highly recommend it to see Dr Han by Dr Reemer up north in Jupiter and he was right ! His kindness and calming energy was a key during the 30 rounds of radiation I received every time I saw him . The staff was super warm specially Kim Romano and Claudia . As a mom of 4 kids scheduling was always tricky for me and Kim was always so kind and warm she became my person always with a big smile she truly loves her job and is rare to find , she make me fell so safe during such a extremely scary and difficult time of my life I will forever be grateful to her during that time . Such a sweetheart every single time she really make me fell home and I can’t describe one day she wasn’t there I was so sad so silly but she was part of my happy routine. I tried every radiation to go thinking almost like I was going to a peaceful treat only me my thoughts and that machine . I can’t recommend them enough was a great smooth experience .Kim thank you so much and truly I miss you !.

Professional and highly competent staff. Treated me with respect and care. I was surprised by the ease in which the treatments were given and for me, I had few side effects. Dr Sharma and Claudia (NP) were exceptionally knowledgeable and able to answer my questions in clean understandable terms. I had a lot of trust in them as I did the people who administered my radiation treatments. The office and waiting area were comfortable and not at all intimidating. I highly recommend this radiation oncology treatment center to anyone in need of this kind of service.

The entire staff at Genesis Care are professional and genuinely concerned about their patients. The remaining health care facilities in Florida should learn from Genesis Care . I sincerely recommend GenesisCare to anyone that is in need of exceptional care.

Wait times are intolerable. I waited 2 hours to see the Doctor last Thursday and today I have waited more than 1 hour receive a shot. I am sitting in the waiting room with patients who have been here for more than 3 hours.

Florida Urology Specialist - Experience has been horrible so far and I haven’t even had my appointment yet. Tried to reach them 3 times prior to my appointment for them to send a request for medical records and no one called back. When I finally reached someone I was berated for waiting till the last minute. When I arrived for my appointment today at the address THEY provided, the office is dark and locked. I am currently on hold for going on 30 minutes to find out where my appointment actually is. So I currently don't even know if I will be able to have my appointment, which by the way is for Kidney Stones, so extremely painful. Their prerecording says they are experiencing staffing shortages, I would definitely choose another provider until they get these issues under control.
