Urology office in Punta Gorda, FL is the worst. Overbooking, very rude office staff, and long long long wait times. Waited 2 hours to be seen and was rudely treated after I asked for a refund of my co-pay. I have been going to that office for the last 3 years and have had enough of the way that office is run. Will be looking for a new urologist. I do not recommend them to anyone. I would definitely start improving the office staff attitude and work to make appointment times shorter. There is no point in making an appointment when they are people's times are not respected.

The practice in Cape Coral Florida is very professional and kind. Beth is a standout provider!

Wait times are intolerable. I waited 2 hours to see the Doctor last Thursday and today I have waited more than 1 hour receive a shot. I am sitting in the waiting room with patients who have been here for more than 3 hours.

Florida Urology Specialist - Experience has been horrible so far and I haven’t even had my appointment yet. Tried to reach them 3 times prior to my appointment for them to send a request for medical records and no one called back. When I finally reached someone I was berated for waiting till the last minute. When I arrived for my appointment today at the address THEY provided, the office is dark and locked. I am currently on hold for going on 30 minutes to find out where my appointment actually is. So I currently don't even know if I will be able to have my appointment, which by the way is for Kidney Stones, so extremely painful. Their prerecording says they are experiencing staffing shortages, I would definitely choose another provider until they get these issues under control.

Reference the Aventura Medical Oncology office for Dr. Domeneche. First, Dr. Domeneche is a superb medical oncologist. He is extremely knowledgeable and explores all avenues in an effort to provide the best and most effective treatment that is available. He is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately the office that supports him falls far short by comparison. The office manager, Jackie lacks organizational skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and overall patient concern. These traits transcend to the staff working for her. As this is a cancer treatment clinic, one would think that communication with and for the patient would be of significant concern. After all, treatment of this nature is time critical. In this office, under this management, nothing could be further from the truth. Seldom are calls directly answered and even less often are messages for a return call acted upon. Staffing in this office is a revolving door and generally speaking the office is never at full staff. The impact is much longer waiting time for a scheduled appointment. I have personally waited beyond an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment. From appointment setting to ensuring the correct medicine is available for an appointment, this practice falls short beyond words. Finding the best medical oncologist to treat your cancer is critical, but when you run into brick walls every time you try to get that medical attention due to an inept and uncaring office support staff, it is time to find a new Doctor. Do yourself a favor, find a different practice as this one thru its lack of concern, could contribute to expediting a very bad result with your condition.

We love Dr. Patel and team! They really know hours to take care of tough and encourage to in a scary time be in your life…………. The therapists are also incredibly sweet and helpful through your treatment!!!!dr Patel is very caring and helpful with any questions to may have!!!!!!! He also treat youlike an individual not just one of dozens of people he sees daily / weeklyweekly

Just AWFUL! I was extremely transparent about needing to be trained and was hired just for them to turn around and say they don't have the capacity to train and let me go 2 days later.

Had my first radiation treatment done today at the Wellington office and the whole entire staff made me feel totally relaxed.

Dr. Baisden and entire staff are outstanding. I know this sounds crazy but they almost make the experience enjoyable.
