Urology office in Punta Gorda, FL is the worst. Overbooking, very rude office staff, and long long long wait times. Waited 2 hours to be seen and was rudely treated after I asked for a refund of my co-pay. I have been going to that office for the last 3 years and have had enough of the way that office is run. Will be looking for a new urologist. I do not recommend them to anyone. I would definitely start improving the office staff attitude and work to make appointment times shorter. There is no point in making an appointment when they are people's times are not respected.

From the beginning to the end of six weeks I was well taken care the women who worked with me were outstanding, we talked about families, baby on the way and young woman who just graduated.

My girlfriend and I were charged $150 by a office assistant. We told her that we were covered by insurance but she told us we were wrong... We paid the $150 reluctantly... then they brought us back just to tell us the practice was closing this location and they could no longer provide care... We were told, we will receive a check in the mail... that was three months ago... still no check and not from a lack of trying on our part. Wayne has been our contact... he has not resolved the situation... BBB WILL BE CONTACTED! Someone trying to survive cancer should not have to deal with this... Also they are trying to charge the insurance for the same visit...which should not happen... the visit was to tell us they're closing the practice...

Dr. Spunberg is one of the best. The first visit he spent a lot of time with me explaining everything so I understand. Seeing him each week was really a plus. His staff is #1 without a doubt. Every single one of them are caring individuals who do an amazing job taking care of their patients! That’s me on the left in the photo.
