I am a new patient at Baycare Family Care on 38th ave St Pete. I just saw Dr David Nguyen. The staff was kind, the office was clean, the wait time was less then 5 min to be seen DR Nguyen is very kind and thorough. I never felt rush he listened and address all my concerns. I highly recommend this office

BayCare suddenly stopped paying for the periodic iron infusions my elderly aunt depends on to be able to have any energy or mobility. She has been getting these life-saving infusions for several years and has now been told they are not covered. Is insurance only about profits now?

Had an Endoscopy done yesterday at Mease Countryside & everyone from the minute we came in until I was wheeled out was friendly and efficient. It certainly relieved some of my stress to have such caring people around who could laugh and chat and answer any and all questions. And they were attentive not only to me but to my husband as he found a comfortable place to wait. From the doctors to the nurses to all the members of the staff, thank you for making this as comfortable an experience as it could be.
