Totally satisfied with MD and office staff
I have been with this practice since 2007. When I first started coming here I saw Jerry Bishop. He was the best doctor. He took the time with his patients, allowed them to ask questions and would explain things. I would see him twice a year. He’s no longer there and it went downhill from there. The first doctor I saw after he left was incredibly rude came in and wanted to do a complete overhaul on my medication without so much as an explanation other than “I’m not doing that”. I saw her once. The next doctor was Bettina Schutzbach and she was better but I heard she’s now gone. The front staff are rude, and have no customer service. Because everything can be done online now it seems like an inconvenience if you try to ask them a question. They used to be helpful. They don’t smile at all either. The office number goes directly to a call center anymore. I used to be able to call and speak to someone in the office. Now I have to filtered to call center. I will be looking for another PCP. The quality of care and service has declined with Baycare.
BayCare suddenly stopped paying for the periodic iron infusions my elderly aunt depends on to be able to have any energy or mobility. She has been getting these life-saving infusions for several years and has now been told they are not covered. Is insurance only about profits now?
Dr. Mamo is a do little doctor. Don't waste your time here. All he cares about is $ sign's not people. I will never go back and you should not either. Thanks for reading.
If I could give this office a zero I would. Dr. Anton, Scott-office manager, Barb-MA, have terrible bedside manner, do not care or empathize with their patients. They are not equipped to handle patients with mental health issues, take my warning and run the other way. They withheld a medication from me due to a scheduling error on THEIR part. One that I have been taking for 10+ years for conditions I have been diagnosed with since I was a child. No communication, even from the Dr. when I called in with overwhelming distress. Instead of someone calling me to explain the situation, or my “care giver” calling me to assess my condition, they held me on the phone for an hour, talking to 5 different people. One of which was Barb, the MA with a nasty attitude problem who only got on the phone to bully me into accepting their unwillingness to care for me in a desperate time of need. Then I had the dis-pleasure of speaking with Scott the office manager, who told me pretty much “good luck, hope ya make it through.” Instead of giving me a courtesy fill of 1-2 pills to get me through to their next available appt, they told me to go to the ER. Once I told him I would not be seeing Anton again, not only for her not doing the simple job of CARING for her patient. She is pompous and has a very judgement attitude, he told me they would not give me my medication. Disappointed and disgusted that people like these 3 are in this line of work.
I have been with a different group for a few yrs now and didn't want to Dr. hop figured I'd stick it out until my health was under control. That office went through a lot of changes and I was left hanging with some health problems. Came today for my new patient appointment and I couldn't be more impressed. Everyone here today was polite, very pleasant and theirs nothing that wasn't pleasant I am getting back on track with meds and specialists. So happy to have a new Drs office and PCP. Everything was very clean and waiting area is very comfortable.
I’m nursing my mom ❤️😊😊😊👍😀
This is specifically for Nurse Practitioner Katherine Platts. NP Platts provided me with a 15< minute telehealth consultation in which I told her I tested positive for COVID and asked about the prescription for it—she told me about it and advised against it so I didn’t get that prescription. for this phone call she charged $400. This is more than my primary care PHYSICIAN. Make sure you get the numbers before accepting “care” from this practice. A disgusting, gouging RACKET of a facility.
"I recently had a remarkable experience in forex and binary trading after investing $1,000. Mrs. Hendrick Jennifer and her team assisted me, resulting in a profit of $11,300 within a week. I wholeheartedly recommend Mrs. Hendrick Jennifer for an effective trading experience. Had an Endoscopy done yesterday at Mease Countryside & everyone from the minute we came in until I was wheeled out was friendly and efficient. It certainly relieved some of my stress to have such caring people around who could laugh and chat and answer any and all questions. And they were attentive not only to me but to my husband as he found a comfortable place to wait. From the doctors to the nurses to all the members of the staff, thank you for making this as comfortable an experience as it could be.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
