I must say I love Dr Stuart. I do take issue with Baycare.. they won't collect my copay at the time of service, they don't send me a bill but will send me to collections. If they are running behind for the day, you just have to wait if your running late. They want to reschedule you. I had 2:30 appt got there 2:50 and told your a half hour late. I don't get that math..

BayCare suddenly stopped paying for the periodic iron infusions my elderly aunt depends on to be able to have any energy or mobility. She has been getting these life-saving infusions for several years and has now been told they are not covered. Is insurance only about profits now?

This is one of the worst places I've ever been. Their staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and have no idea what they're doing... I would NOT take this place serious, and URGE you to use a different clinic..

Love Dr. Zini. My husband sees him and he is the best hands down. Hubby had brain surgery; Zini is his primary and the only doc my husband has ever liked and will see. Front office staff terrible, unprofessional. Impossible to get on phone. Rude in person. Yesterday went in to get lab scrips & change appointment because they didn’t give us scrips last visit. Girl in black izod sicks, no shoes, didn’t answer my questions and was extremely rude.

Had an Endoscopy done yesterday at Mease Countryside & everyone from the minute we came in until I was wheeled out was friendly and efficient. It certainly relieved some of my stress to have such caring people around who could laugh and chat and answer any and all questions. And they were attentive not only to me but to my husband as he found a comfortable place to wait. From the doctors to the nurses to all the members of the staff, thank you for making this as comfortable an experience as it could be.

This was my first visit to Baycare at the 66th Street location and based on prior reviews I was a bit nervous. However I was so impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and dedication of the staff. If you need medical care, give them a chance like me. I had a rash and an ear infection which I was previously told by Teledoc was an allergy and something a shampoo would help. Within a few minutes speaking to Tom (NP) he knew what the issue was, examined it himself and told me what prescription was needed. Just wow! I was in and out within 30 minutes… what else can I ask for. Here’s what I would advise-fill your paperwork in advance and have your id and insurance card ready to go.
