I'm proud to say that I'm in my 17th year with the company. I've held a number of position from staff nurse to clinical manager but have been in the education department since 2007. The collaboration, mutual respect, and camaraderie of my team members is amazing. I love working with my fellow educators, facility staff, clinical managers, directors of operation and patients. The sense of family is something that absolutely fulfills me and stimulates my desiree to give my very best. I can't imagine working for any other organisation!
I have been with compay since 1999. Great company to work for and great love and compassion for their patients. Just returned from a great convention in Indianapolis. The highlight of the convention was building over 300 bicycles for the Boys and Girls Home children. We have a great leader and thank you Bill Valle
Fresenius is a great Company to work for. I have worked for the Company about 21 years total. At the time when I started it was owned by a local company. The transition to Fresenius was very pleasant and during the years I have made a of wonderful people and Friends, that I am still in contact with today. This experience with working in the Kidney Care has been so wonderful and I still at times will visit to unit's in my area. Love the work that this Company represents. It is a privilege to have worked for the Company.
I have been with FMC for 3 months as a CM and worked in Acutes for 3 years! Best company to work for!! The spirit of team and family are amazing!! Our company strives to put patients 1st on daily basis!! My family recently had flood damage to our home and FMC has set a travel trailer up at our home to use while our house is repaired!! The support from my DO Terry Bellon and our local Biomed Director Darrell Martin has amazed me!! This is truly a family!! I am blessed to work for such a caring company and fortunate to work with so many amazing people !!!
Have been here 14 years did one year as a pct then moved to ward clerk have loved it have seen a lot of changes in the years over al l a good place to work
So proud to be a part of this company! Thrive on!!
Horrible, horrible treatment by Fresenius!!! Even though my Daughter has a Trach, and receives treatment with an aide by her side at all times at her regular treatment, she is being refused by every center in MA while trying to go on vacation because of her trach, they are refusing just for that reason alone. I am contacting my lawyer, this is discrimination !!
If you have a choice of dialysis centers, do not choose this one. The management is rude and uncaring to patients and to their caregivers and families. They spend more time gossiping amongst themselves rather than taking care of the very sick patients needs. It doesn't matter what time you arrive or when your scheduled appointment is, they will make you wait over an hour and sometimes 2 hours in the waiting room before they take you back to "hook you up" and take patients in a random order. They are on their own personal time line and do not give a crap about what the patient is going through or what time THEY SCHEDULE the patient. When your session is 4 hours long, waiting two hours after your appointment is torture to the patient. Their own rules change day by day according to the manager in charge that day. Either they demand that the caregiver stay with the patient all day in the room or they absolutely prohibit it. The center manager (can't remember her name), the blonde woman is mean and argumentative with families. I have heard her yelling at patients and making it uncomfortable for everyone. She should be fired! I have had to speak with the regional manager Kenyatta (who does not work in the center) several times and although she is nice and agrees with me, nothing changes. Dialysis patients and their families who bring them have a lot to deal with already, they should not have to deal with mistreatment and be demeaned. And if a patient is too sick to transfer to the dialysis chair, you have to be lucky to get minimal assistance depending on who is working that day. Some help with no problem and assist with the transfer from the wheelchair to chair and others say they are not allowed. It pretty much sums up how much they DO NOT CARE about patients that after 5 years of dialysis 3 times a week, after leaving a voicemail message on a Sunday letting them know my mother suddenly passed away and would not be returning, we never heard from them again with a simple call of condolences or we will miss our patient or a thank you for letting us care for your mother. They have absolutely no compassion and couldn't care less about the patients they are paid to take care of. This is a factory with a robotic staff. Please look for a better dialysis center even if it's a further drive. I have recently heard there are other places that offer simple human compassion and give the patients the dignity they deserve through the worst time of their lives. This place disgusts me.
Scary!! Dangerous and negligent. Staff is constantly late to work, rude, and lack experience. Center has chronic water and staffing problems leading to the entire center being shut down. One nurse in particular seems to be more of a problem than others (Daisy!).
I wasn’t feeling good yesterday and today the manager comes up to me with her fingers crossed like she’s warding off a vampire and says “are you still germy” ... not how are you feeling or are you doing better. I got in a mood with her after that and she has the nerve to say stop being disrespectful I’ve never been disrespectful to you🤦🏻♀️ the management needs etiquette classes. Techs are great though
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
