List of Fresenius Kidney Care's Reviews
My experience was exceeent I was treated with respect and dignity during my time there the entire staff was excellent they answered all my questions and got rid of any fears that I had they always were calm no matter what was going on they all did an excellent job with me you have great hard working that’s the I have the pleasure of dealing it’s not like thst at other venues you have very good people working there
Nobody wants to need Dialysis. That’s a given. But when you’re holding the stumps of two failed kidneys, and your Nephrologist commands: you go. I’m glad he sent me here. Fresenius North has been kind, professional, and efficient at keeping me going. Over the time (eight months now) I’ve been coming, they’ve made me as comfortable as they could, 3 ½ hours per visit, three times a week. They are always up-beat, friendly, and professional. The Team here is exemplary - obviously proud of what they do (“Heroes work here!”), and are committed to their patients. As a Team, they also seem to like each other, and carry that up-beat attitude on the floor, which translates to me as feeling “welcomed”. I’d name names, but then I’d go on forever. Each of them has made my visits better, just via their unfailing attitude, and the little kindnesses that add up to a sum experience. I’m greeted by name, treated with respect and care, and they make each session a “non-event”, despite the fact that they are working to help save my life. I’ve had no (zero) “episodes” worth mention, beyond the little stuff that can happen during the Dialysis process. Although they’ve queried me about Home Dialysis, the fact is, I don’t want to even try it. The clinic is 20 minutes from home, and their commitment encourages me to come here: if anything *were* to happen with home dialysis, I wouldn’t have them near me to assist. Cons? I can’t think of any… aside from the things that come with a Dialysis Clinic. Fresenius is clean, efficient, and – as an engineer myself – well-kept and up-to-date. Wishes? Well, little things they just can’t do: a) allowing electric blankets, b) A coffee bar, c) Clinic Puppies. I understand why these cannot be supported, despite my repeated asking. Can I recommend Fresenius North? Sure, I can, and do – repeating that nobody wants to need Dialysis. Given the hand that God dealt me, they have certainly made “playing that hand” as easy as possible. I thank each of them: they know who they are.
I wasn’t feeling good yesterday and today the manager comes up to me with her fingers crossed like she’s warding off a vampire and says “are you still germy” ... not how are you feeling or are you doing better. I got in a mood with her after that and she has the nerve to say stop being disrespectful I’ve never been disrespectful to you🤦🏻♀️ the management needs etiquette classes. Techs are great though
they push annoying vxxine ads that suck big time.
Staff is extremely helpful and dedicated to helping and educating their patients and family.
My girlfriend is seen by the milford facility in Ohio. Dialysis orders have been ignored from her nephrologist multiple times. This includes skipping a scheduled dialysis day d/t short staffing and isolation issues within facilities. No one has still yet to answer on why this happened or why orders aren't followed. The neglect, poor communication and bed side manner very much so need to be re-educated in the south western area of Ohio.
I would in no way recommend this place to my worst enemy. they do not care for their patients. They don't give a crap about them. lol them off, move them out. bullcrap. please take my advise. do not go to this place
Overall, in center hemodyalosis was a good experience. When I went to the pd program, however, I ended up with three different trainers (first one had Covid and couldn’t complete my training.) Three different trainers- three different ways of teaching, showing pd operations. Within a month at home, multiple equipment failures ( two cyclers, two cassettes) leading to next day manual exchanges. The cyclers are all refurbished and look to be based on a Windows 3.1 operating system. Each time equipment failed, solution bags, cassettes, and tubing all thrown away- I ran out of supplies in less than three weeks. Until upgrades are made, I will be looking elsewhere.
My husband's dialysis clinic has been in complete disarray and now they have changed his schedule effective immediately without consulting with us. It is now impossible for my husband to work his normal schedule and now impossible for me to help him with transportation to and from treatment. This is not the only problem this clinic, they fired their charge nurse after denying awful practices that I reported for so long. The only reason we have stayed at this clinic is because my husband's doctor rounds there. There's no social worker, no charge nurse to help with clinical issues/scheduling. They play games with people's lives and they will not be playing with my husband's any longer. I will be reporting this and all other issues to Medicare. If you love your family DO NOT LET THEM GO TO FRESENIUS THOMAS JOHNSON DRIVE FREDERICK MD.
I applied to this place and had an awesome first interview went to have my second one and the gentleman was an hr late calling me then told me I couldn't be hired because I hadn't received my ccht yet even tho his first recruiter told me differently. when I tried to tell him what I was told he rudely interrupts me and said she didn't know what she was doing and gave me false info. when I called him on it he told me I was being unprofessional and this wasn't a way to get a job. I asked for a supervisor so I could report the situation and he said there wasn't anyone to report to. ive been in Healthcare 12yrs and I love my patients and those I take care of. I dont disrespect anyone till I've been disrespected first. I am a hard worker and do a very good job at taken care of the sick and don't look at people as dollar signs or another body to fill a chair. I highly do not recommend this place for employment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
