Wally changed my life, went from having a herniated disc every other month to symptom free for almost 2 years now. 3 different spine doctors, multiple rounds of physical therapy where the exercise is just a bucket to cross off on a clipboard. I wasn't getting any relief. Wally scaffolds the exercise to meet your level and tailors the feedback to target your exact rehab goals. On Day 1 he not only identified a problem that only a handful of kinesiologists had verbalized to me before, but also coached me to correct it in a way I hadn't been shown before.

The PTs are excellent! I loved working with Sarah in Sugar Grove. Everyone not only asked me how things were going, but really sincerely listened to my response. They gaged my abilities correctly each time I was there, and knew when to push me harder. Tanya, up front made everything so easy. Everyone was very pleasant.

I broke my left wrist on June 1st and spent two months in occupational therapy at UOA, where I also had my surgery. In September, when I needed to return to work, I was looking for an occupational therapy office closer to my home in East Brunswick. I was very fortunate that someone recommended Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, which has a certified hand occupational therapist. I would especially like to thank Margaret, who helped me a great deal with my shoulder pain, shoulder motion, and wrist mobility. She used different treatments, including hot wax baths for my hand and hot compresses for both my hand and shoulder, followed by excellent massage and exercises. She is highly professional and very knowledgeable in what she does. I also want to thank Isa, who supported me with my exercises. Both of them made my recovery much smoother. If you are looking for excellent occupational therapy, I highly recommend Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in East Brunswick.

I worked with Emily and Angelica during my sessions and they are simply the best! They’ve cheered me on every step of my recovery journey and made the whole process feel less like “work”. Not only do they bring so much knowledge and encouragement during each session, but they’ve also given me at-home exercises and tips so I can keep building on what I’ve learned. I’m so grateful for their support, positivity, and genuine care! It’s made all the difference in my recovery. Facility is clean and entire staff is friendly!
