The Westbury, Ny office I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapy team! From day one, Drew, Nikki, Jake, and Michael have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They each take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my sessions to make sure I’m getting the best possible care. Their assistants, Lexi and Alex, and jack are also fantastic — always ready to help, super friendly, and they really keep the sessions running smoothly. I appreciate how attentive they are and how they make the environment welcoming and positive. And a special shoutout to the receptionists ,who’s always greets me with a smile and makes scheduling and check-in so easy and stress-free. It’s clear that everyone here works together as a team to make patients feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to this amazing group, I’ve made real progress and actually look forward to my appointments — which I never thought I’d say about physical therapy! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT — you’ll be in great hands.

Last month, I finished physical therapy following a hip arthroscopy procedure late last year and I can't say enough great things about the Ivy Rehab team and especially Christine. Even when the recovery felt slow or came with some new or recurring discomfort, Christine (and all the team, honestly, because I worked with almost every therapist throughout my recovery) were extremely supportive and always met me where I was on that given day or week. While we started slow, as prescribed, by the time I graduated, Christine had me doing full on cardio/HIIT exercises that I never thought I would have been able to do pain-free at the same time last year. It's a fun vibe in the clinic and I truly enjoyed coming to every session. It's the kind of thing where I hope I don't have to come back to physical therapy, but if I do, I know where I'll be going!

Wonderful experience rehabbing a frozen shoulder with Darima, Morgan, Christine, Steven, and the rest of the Ivy Rehab team. More of a strength-training/hands-on type of PT than the lighter-touch methods favored by some other therapy centers, which is definitely my preference.

Really friendly, professional, accommodating, and caring staff. Convenient location, easy scheduling. Various staff members may ask how your rehab is progressing, even if they're not working directly with you. You feel like you're getting treatment tailored to you personally. Just good vibes here.

I had such a great experience here, working primarily with Andy and Christine. I have had neck issues for years where lifting any amount of weight over my head led to headaches. I assumed I would just live with headaches the rest of my life — or not be able to lift anything higher than shoulder height — but the staff at Ivy taught me how to build strength in ways that have prevented headaches ever since. Really grateful for their incredible insight into how the body works and dedication to their patients’ well-being. I would recommend Ivy to anyone seeking relief from chronic pain.
