The Westbury, Ny office I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapy team! From day one, Drew, Nikki, Jake, and Michael have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They each take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my sessions to make sure I’m getting the best possible care. Their assistants, Lexi and Alex, and jack are also fantastic — always ready to help, super friendly, and they really keep the sessions running smoothly. I appreciate how attentive they are and how they make the environment welcoming and positive. And a special shoutout to the receptionists ,who’s always greets me with a smile and makes scheduling and check-in so easy and stress-free. It’s clear that everyone here works together as a team to make patients feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to this amazing group, I’ve made real progress and actually look forward to my appointments — which I never thought I’d say about physical therapy! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT — you’ll be in great hands.

I cannot recommend Ivy Rehab enough. I had been suffering from severe back pain for a few months and finally decided to do something about it. When I tell you I could’t exist without thinking of my pain, it’d be an understatement. One time I had to interrupt a work meeting because the pain was unbearable. My doctor recommended Ivy Rehab and I scheduled an appointment at their Crown Heights location. I first got a virtual assessment done by Edward, where we talked about my pain and assessed the specific areas where I was having trouble. Then he sent me a few exercises to do at home and scheduled my first in-person visit. The staff is superb, but I’ll be forever thankful to Tehilla Teigman, my physical therapist. When we first met, she already had Edward’s report but still asked me all the questions regarding my pain. Every single session will start with her asking about my pain and how it felt. Then we would proceed with the exercises to target specific areas of my body to address my pain. She explained how the pain I was feeling in my back was due to some other areas not working properly and we tackled those through the sessions. What I loved the most, was that she would always check on me while doing my exercises to make sure I was okay. You could tell that everyone really cares about their patients here. As my back started to get better, the exercises would change to adjust to the progress. I honestly worked some muscles I didn’t even know I had, and before my pain I used to lift heavy weights. Shoutout to Drew and Rinna, other therapists I was able to work with. They were super patient and knowledgeable too. If you already made it this far in the review, you should seriously consider Ivy Rehab. I saw patients with other conditions too having superb care, so if you’re worried that yours might not be treatable, reconsider it. I no longer think about my pain and my back feels normal. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Ivy in crown heights! Thanks to Tehilla’s incredible care and expertise, I was not only able to recover, but got strong enough to run and get back to playing sports again. She was thorough, encouraging, and truly dedicated to my progress every step of the way. Martika at the front desk also made every visit feel seamless and welcoming. From scheduling to check-in, she’s organized, kind, and always greets you with a smile. This team made for a welcoming and positive experience. I’m so grateful for both of them! Highly recommend!

Still bill clients even when you call in advance and pay before session and owe no money. Asks for the same info over and over again.

Use your PT referral HERE! I went to another (popular) Pt facility for over 6 weeks and my lower back felt the same. Same exercises, same adjustments, and no change in pain. The staff at that location were also not attentive to me doing the exercises and were constantly overbooked. I switched to Ivy Physical therapy and after the 3rd session, my lower back pain significantly decreased. Tehilla is absolutely amazing at what she does. Practically new exercises every session to challenge and strengthen the muscle groups responsible for supporting my lower back. I am a dancer and a gym rat and she automatically knew what exercises would be appropriate for me to get back in the gym asap. She switched up adjustments depending on the condition of my body that day. The staff here encourages their patients when they are doing the exercises. I’ve seen other patients get better very quickly. Martika is a wonderful receptionist. Warm annd friendly, easy to talk to, confirms the appointment dates with you. The other PT staff who didn’t work with me were also very warm and pleasant and I formed wonderful connections with them. In my opinion, being in an environment like this speeds up recovery time. If you need PT asap, come here. I wish this place was my first option.

I had an incredible experience at Ivy Rehab. Tehilla and the rest of the team were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. I was able to make a lot of progress and am back running and cycling!

Only have AMAZING things to say about Ivy Rehab Crown Heights. The staff is always super friendly, Ali Schechner is both delightful and incredibly skilled, and the facility is beautiful. I almost purposefully re-injured myself just so that I wouldn't have to leave!!
