The Westbury, Ny office I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapy team! From day one, Drew, Nikki, Jake, and Michael have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They each take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my sessions to make sure I’m getting the best possible care. Their assistants, Lexi and Alex, and jack are also fantastic — always ready to help, super friendly, and they really keep the sessions running smoothly. I appreciate how attentive they are and how they make the environment welcoming and positive. And a special shoutout to the receptionists ,who’s always greets me with a smile and makes scheduling and check-in so easy and stress-free. It’s clear that everyone here works together as a team to make patients feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to this amazing group, I’ve made real progress and actually look forward to my appointments — which I never thought I’d say about physical therapy! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT — you’ll be in great hands.

I have had an excellent experience working with Jannis Winstead for my lower back pain. Throughout my treatment, Jannis was professional, knowledgeable, and invested in my recovery. I have appreciated the clear explanations of each exercise and how it would help my healing process. I would recommend Jannis and this physical therapy center to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Great place! Clean facility, welcoming staff, very helpful at the front desk, the therapist is super knowledgeable and took great care of me- my knee feels better than ever and I am active again! Highly recommend!

It’s very easy to drop the ball when running a business, but not at Ivy Rehab. From the moment I called to schedule my first session, I received a warming call back from Ryan who walked me through scheduling my first appointment and gave me options on how to retrieve my referral. My first session was with Janis who is the sweetest. She is very informative on each excercise and her colleagues aren’t far behind to help assist with the same informative process and guidance. I look forward to more sessions with Janis and the entire Ivy team!

I absolutely love this place! 1st (transportation)-Parking in that area is brutal, as is parking in NYC period. I have a knee injury, so the fact that is close to the train station is a PLUS! 2nd- the facility looks brand new and CLEAN! 3rd and most importantly - I felt welcomed by all of the staff there. They seem to have more staff now since my last visit which is also a plus for capacity, everyone is super professional but not robotic! I have been really stressed about my knee and receive so much support to push through (I even shed a tear once and wasn’t judged). I don’t feel like a transaction there! Will definitely be returning regularly!
