The Westbury, Ny office I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapy team! From day one, Drew, Nikki, Jake, and Michael have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They each take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my sessions to make sure I’m getting the best possible care. Their assistants, Lexi and Alex, and jack are also fantastic — always ready to help, super friendly, and they really keep the sessions running smoothly. I appreciate how attentive they are and how they make the environment welcoming and positive. And a special shoutout to the receptionists ,who’s always greets me with a smile and makes scheduling and check-in so easy and stress-free. It’s clear that everyone here works together as a team to make patients feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to this amazing group, I’ve made real progress and actually look forward to my appointments — which I never thought I’d say about physical therapy! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT — you’ll be in great hands.

I began coming to Ivy Rehab shortly after a wrist surgery (TFCC Repair). Leslie has been such an important part of my recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful for her care and expertise. From our very first session, she took the time to understand my injury, my goals, and my concerns. Her experience is evident in the way she approaches each exercise and adjusts the treatment plan based on my progress. She has incredible patience and never rushes the process, even when I felt frustrated or discouraged. Her recommendations both during sessions and for at-home care have been thoughtful and effective. She always explains the purpose behind each exercise, which has helped me stay motivated and engaged. I’ve noticed improvement in my mobility, strength, and comfort since starting therapy with her. Leslie also brings warmth, encouragement, and a calm presence that makes each session something I look forward to. I would highly recommend her.

My favorite PT and OT location in the city! The hand specialist Leslie is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and goes above and beyond when caring for her patients. Damas and Sophia are super friendly physical therapists that also helped me with great care. Zachary, the receptionist, strikes a delightful balance of kindness and efficiency. The facility is in great condition and I would 100% recommend this practice!

Hi my name is Daryl Boone and I start physical therapy in January 2025 after having a total knee replacement- the staff at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Matthew, Damas and Sophie are the best - they when far and beyond to get me better - I can not express strongly enough how great they were and how much I appreciate how well they took care of - there is no place other then Ivy Rehab would I go to or recommend if physical therapy is needed- P.S shout out to Daniel and the Saturday staff at the Fort Greene location

Didn’t think I’d be sad wrapping up PT! From start to finish my time with Damas, Sophia, and Zach was incredible. Over the course of three months, I went from walking with a crutch to confidently jogging. It meant a lot to have a support system that was able to push me, while remaining attentive and empathetic to my recovery. Would highly recommend the Ivy Rehab team!

matthew is a great, knowledgeable therapist and cool human being! everyone on staff there are also always very friendly and so helpful. i would prefer not to have new physical issues to manifest but if they do, i would definitely return to this practice.

I had an excellent experience here! I've been in and out of PT for the better part of a decade, and working with Matt and his team was hands down the most-personalized and attentive process I've expereinced. Hopefully won't need any PT for future injuries, but if I do, I'll be going here.

Matt and the team at Ivy were fantastic. Prior to knee meniscus surgery, I went in for strengthening and I think that really helped me start PT back up again 48 hours post-surgery. Recovery was supposed to be 5-6 weeks but I played soccer again 3 weeks after surgery and by 5-6 weeks was back to playing multiple times a week. I don't believe that would have happened without the Ivy team. Soup to nuts: scheduling, communication, exercise programs, getting the attention I needed etc etc. All of it was great. I dont really want to need PT again but if I did, I know where I'm going.

Started this year with a knee injury, and with Matt’s help I healed enough and learned how to strengthen my hips enough that I could start running and just finished my first 10k
