Very unprofessional company when doing payment online , I send proof of payment 3 moth and no response from them they give a email that does not go through payment get lost in their system 😡

So I went and saw the doctor I think it was last summer and I still haven't got my echogram heart ultrasound, I already know there's a problem and I'm really suffering and I've tried to schedule many times they mess up my schedule they told me I had to wait till March I called yesterday I ask by chance do you have a cancellation they had two at 3:30 or at 6:00 well they do close at 5:00?? I called I said are you sure you have me down at 6:00 they said yes at this location on Buffalo they said yes, remind me there's one call center in many locations, I don't think anybody communicates, the place and people are very disorganized, they waste your time they don't care if you're dying if you're suffering, at first I thought this was a good place a couple years back but this is ridiculous! When we get down there at 6:00 the place is closed all the lights are off! I had to get a ride,horrible horrible horrible! Why would they schedule test after hours when the phones are off? I've been to three or four locations now each one's really hard to find they're just tucked away in a corner or even GPS can't find them!

Zero Stars!!! I had a 4:30PM appointment today. I showed up 15 min early and had already checked in online. I was finally called at 5:16 (46 min after my appointment) they took my weight and my blood pressure. By 5:40, (70 min after my appointment) I had still not seen the doctor. I left because I had to pick up my kid from day care. This is the second time in 3 appointments I have waited for over an hour after my appointment time.

I am a new Patient and both appointments that I had went really smooth and fast. I even showed up 3 hours early and they helped me now problem. From the check in/out staff to the Doctor everybody was super friendly. Keep up the great work guys.

Horrible experience!! Front desk probably didn’t even check me in. Was told to show up 30min early for paperwork that I wasn’t even given. Spent almost 2 hours there waiting to be called back and it was hot as hell in there. Front desk people were all on their phones. Get off your damn phones and help people. Also a huge tip, notify your patients why they’re waiting so long. I rescheduled and probably won’t even come back for that appointment. Your reviews are at 2 stars I think it’s time to have a team meeting to discuss better ways to improve patient care.

Dr. Lee and staff are the best

There billing department is the worse, I pay and still get notices they will send me to collection. I even call and confirm I payed them with the confirmation number I get at the office and still get a statement in the mail. I get who.i talked to and what time and date everything is documented on my part. I have a heart problem and their incompetence stresses me out, no wonder my blood pressure is high. Somebody needs to get to the root of the problem, like training or something to fix this.

Horrible experience here, if you like to be treated like cattle this is the place for you. Waited an hour after my appointment time & once they called my name I felt like I couldn’t even keep up with the lady who was walking me back, felt like I was running, she was asking questions so fast, it was uncomfortable. As another review stated, I had a “fake” physical exam in my paper work that never happened. Along with a prior diagnosis I’d never heard of that was no where in any of my past medical records, nor had any medical professional ever told me anything about it. Nobody at this place could give me a straight answer of where that information even came from just said to get the testing done. What??? Doctor never touched me, never did an exam, barely looked at me, spent 2 mins in my room as a first time patient, I ran as fast I could from this place.
