The scheduling system they have here is incredibly frustrating. More specifically the rep handling the phonecall setting up the appointments. Doctor is great. It's just a pain in the a** to get scheduled.
When I come here I don’t have any issues. I thought the technician was nice. Tye staff was good for me.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. This is by far the worst medical establishment i have ever used. Their review score speaks for itself. Everyone there is incompetent and noone can help. Get ready to wast half of your day for an appointment. If you have to have them provide referrals, make sure they give you a physical copy because they say they send it over but dont and when you try to get ahold of them it takes 24-48 hrs to get a response. I was already fed up with this place but they sent me for bloodwork to a place that didnt take my insurance and when i found one that did, they did not send my paperwork over after i already confirmed they would. I wasted 2 hours and called 30 times just to get a voicemail or someone to tell me they couldnt help but they made it clear that they were looking at the person who could but would not have them answer the phone. THIS PLACE IS ADISASTER and i wouldnt be surprised if they go belly up. USE ANYONE BUT THEM. Even my Primary warned me against them but i didnt listen.
I had some staples removed after a procedure and they were very nice
I was happy to get a referral here because my Rheumatologist seems confident in the doctors. Waited 5 days to call and check on referral that was sent over while I was in the office. After being on hold for 90 mins the man nonchalantly says oh we don’t have it. Tells me to Call them and have them fax it (despite me literally having the order in my hand I could have emailed over )and then call back in a couple days! So heartless with no empathy. It’s an urgent referral to a cardiologist you think they would act like it may be important! SMH These people put the patient last! Then they have a book online feature on their website that doesn’t work, and their phone line says press 1 to leave your number to not lose your place in line and everytime it just hangs up on you. I hope their machines work better than their technology and the people they have representing them.
I left message to return my phone call , and they did it . I want to say tks . And also for all the information they provided and each question . Again tks
The employee answered the phone and could not give directions to the location, to be at my appointment, then finally talked to a knowledgeable person how to get to the location, when finally reached the location a nasty employee told me to come back at 2:30pm, I was on time at 11 am, the customer service employees are horrible, and nasty.
A little crowded, but not a long wait to be seen.
I usually see my doctor at the Windmill location but I had to get a CT scan and this location is where the machine is at so I had to stop in. I actually still have some future appointments at this location for treatment of my veins from my other doctor at the Buffalo location. While I do appreciate that they have locations all around the valley and that most doctors will send you out of office to do tests and surgeries, it can get quite confusing. Also, they do seem to have some inter-office communication, or at least a program that holds the patient info for all locations, but they really need to get better at communicating with each other and their patients. Coming here started off on a bad note. My doctor referred a CT scan and I had my appointment all set. I did the bloodwork two days before, as requested, and they called me a day later to reschedule. They said it was because the CT machine had broken. Ok, fine. They scheduled me 6 weeks later, stating that they wanted to make sure it was fixed before I came in. Again, ok. I make the mistake of forgetting to ask the person on the phone about the lab work before she hung up. I've experienced a huge mix up about bloodwork at the Horizon Ridge location so I want to make sure that the bloodwork gets done correctly this time. I call back. This turns into a multi day nightmare of never being able to reach anyone at this location and the operator essentially telling me, oh well, there's nothing we can do. I give up. I was going to cancel the CT scan but decided that probably wasn't good for my health and just show up without bloodwork. I did have an appointment at the Buffalo location and while checking in, I told her about my ordeal and she literally just handed me the lab work form and said "here you go!" It was that easy. Why was it so hard on the phone? Ridiculous. I showed up for my CT scan an hour early, not the recommended 30 min, because of timing from work and because I wasn't sure how this worked, as I've never had one before. Again, this location seems to have a problem with patient services. From the person working the front to the people doing the scan, I just didn't like their attitudes. I have no idea what's happening, it would be nice is someone could explain the process. It was cold and almost inhuman. The actual tech for the CT scan was nice, but again, didn't let me know what to expect other than being told I was going to get warm about 7 times. I will say though that it was quick. I got there at 230PM, my appointment was at 330PM and I was done by 3, so it was nice to actually leave a place early instead of late. I can only hope that my 4 weeks of vein lasering is as smooth, but with a little more care and explanation. Here's to hoping!!!
Extremely friendly & courteous service. Took me in early & was out within 30 mins. 🙂

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
