ALERT!!ALERT!!!Please do yourselves a huge favor and DO NOT come here.I had a very important appointment for a stress test and 3 times they had to reschedule me so I just dropped that place first two times they said their machine had broke down and im coming from all the other side of town they wont call you to cancel they wait for you to get there and say SORRY the machine broke...then the third time they said there wasn't a technician like wth this is the worse place to go to if you have health problems.....

Be careful with this place, they will go for the most expensive tests to charge your insurance a big amount then you have to pay a big coshare, I needed a stress test, and they failed to submit an approval for the medecine used that day, which by the way I have to say I was not expecting, I thought I was going for a treadmill stress test not a chemical one that cost more than 9,000, I had copayments I paid and I end up with a bill for almost 3,000. They should disclose in advance how much the testings will cost so you can decide if you can afford it, on top of that all I can do is pay in 12 payments, but they refuse they want it in six payments. I regret going here. be aware.

Why make an appointment they NEVER on time 2 plus hrs waiting NOT HAPPY I've been to this office many of times every time I've been there 2 hrs plus waiting in the lobby I'm done going to this place going to find another office VERY STRESSFUL not good for my HEART

If your life depends on it, don't go here! Wait times are 2+ hours and they won't give the courtesy of letting you know the Dr. is running an hour behind before you get there. I was told my doctor is always behind and I know why. They run this place like a puppy mill. I've endured too much rude, incompetent and unprofessional behavior from their reception and MA staff b/c I like the doctor's bedside manner. That is until yesterday, when the doctor, who never knows why I'm there, what tests he ordered and why, or any other relevant info as to why he's seeing you, started arguing with me out of nowhere. He verbatim told me pacemakers are how they make their money and b/c he couldn't find a reason to order one, that I can no longer refer to my pain as "pain". Mind you, I was referred here by my primary and ER doctors b/c testing keeps showing some abnormality and it was enough for me to be admitted once. It's the same thing they're seeing in this office that keeps prompting the doctor to order more testing himself. Yet, I can't be experiencing pain b/c he can't order a pacemaker and treat me like a cash cow. He also said some really insulting and condescending things to me as a woman. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here and especially not alone.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. This is by far the worst medical establishment i have ever used. Their review score speaks for itself. Everyone there is incompetent and noone can help. Get ready to wast half of your day for an appointment. If you have to have them provide referrals, make sure they give you a physical copy because they say they send it over but dont and when you try to get ahold of them it takes 24-48 hrs to get a response. I was already fed up with this place but they sent me for bloodwork to a place that didnt take my insurance and when i found one that did, they did not send my paperwork over after i already confirmed they would. I wasted 2 hours and called 30 times just to get a voicemail or someone to tell me they couldnt help but they made it clear that they were looking at the person who could but would not have them answer the phone. THIS PLACE IS ADISASTER and i wouldnt be surprised if they go belly up. USE ANYONE BUT THEM. Even my Primary warned me against them but i didnt listen.

Last week I went to Nevada Heart and Vascular at the Windmill location to have a checkup with Dr. Namazi. He performed an Ablation a couple of years ago and I have to say, he did an amazing job! I'm not sure I thanked him that day, so let me do that now. Thank you Dr. Namazi!

The wait to get in to see the doctor (with an appointment) was way too long. Once I was in, the nurse got all my vitals and info and left the room and after about 30 minutes someone peaked their head in and said to someone outside that someone was in that particular room (they had forgotten about me). Then the doctor finally came in, looked at the computer for about 2 minutes and then his phone rang so he answered it while in with me then just told me he wanted me to get lab work and a CT scan. I only went because my primary care doctor wanted me to get a Holter monitor, not anything else. So the doc was in and out in less than 5 minutes with me. I'll never go back.

This place is absolutely terrible. You will wait for hours, and much of that time will be spent standing, as they do not properly accommodate their patients. When I was there, they were severely overbooked, with a line extending out the door—many of those waiting were senior citizens. As someone younger with back pain, I found it extremely uncomfortable, so I can only imagine what these elderly patients had to endure. There is a clear lack of care and consideration in how they operate.

Waited less than 5 minutes. Nurse was very nice and attentive. Dr. Bowers was great. Prescribed the correct medication to get my blood pressure under control.

While reviewing their other location on Arville, I mentioned that they need to communicate with each other a little better and this stands for this location as well. This location on Windmill was were I started my journey with Nevada Heart and Vascular and so far my only really complaints have been about inter-office communication. Dr. Berkley is friendly and knowledgeable. He always makes sure to explain to me what is happening and why. He doesn't seem to be the kind to shy away from testing and I appreciate that. I had some unexplainable blood clots and he ordered a doppler on veins and arteries, and a chemical stress test. At first, I was really upset with this office because they never gave me the lab work paperwork that goes with the stress test. When I showed up to the Horizon Ridge location, I was literally screamed at by the tech for not doing the bloodwork. She did come back and semi-apologize for screaming at me when she realized that it wasn't me, I was never told that women under 45 MUST prove they aren't pregnant with a blood test, but then she proceeded to talk badly of the other office, so it still left a bad taste in my mouth. After meeting with Dr. Berkley for these results, he wanted to do a CT scan as there were some abnormalities, which led to more paperwork problems. Even with all that, this office is always on time. I like that my appointment starts when it is scheduled to start. The people are very nice, even if they miss stuff like lab work. I'd recommend coming in to a location to speak with someone in person if the phone isn't working, which I know is a hassle but it'll save you from loads of headaches.
