My father left a voicemail with their staff weeks ago. No one returned his call. He was having severe mood swings and anxiety and wondered if it was a side effect of his medication. It's really unfortunate that no one ever got back to him. They seem to care about their patients.

The staff is is horrible,being able to get or make an appointment horrible,first you listen to a long msg about nothing then listen to a different long msg about not press 1 ten listen then press 2 then go to a voicemail for 13 min, bit then the phone hangs up on you theN You have to call back press 2 press 1 PRESS 0, PRESS 1 PTEESS TWO wait 20 mins then the call hangs up,call back press something different mi d you this is my 20th time to 50th to e this week finally finally I get an operator,hey young Lady in trying to make an appointment, ccan you help yeah sure let me help you she transfer me to the supervisor of the schedule department GUESS WHAT A DAM VOICEMAL, THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFEESIONAL.HORRABLE BECAUSE WE NEED TO GET IN THERE IT COULD BE A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH
