Bought a Groupon 3-Pack of lymphatic massages for my post-operative liposuction care. Chris was very thorough in explaining to me the lymphatic system, how the massages can aid healing, and answered all questions I had. He is very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and am excited to go back to him for my second and third massages. Planning to buy additional massages through 360 wellness directly. Only complaint is that the office is a little hard to find because it doesn't specifically say 360 wellness on the door, I was unable to find the location on my own but when I called the office, Chris was happy to meet me outside.

I've now had 4 lymphatic Massages with Chris - no post op or nothing, I just like to get my lymphs addressed! I typically prefer receiving massages from a female masseuse, but Chris just had too many good reviews written about him so I had to try out his expertise. Chris confirmed with me before we started that I was okay with a male masseuse and he described what lymphatic massages really are, and what parts of the body get focused on. As we started the session, he checked in frequently to see how my comfort was, which I really appreciated. He has been nothing short of amazing in every season we've had. He’s very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

Chris, the owner, is extremely personable and it is evident he is very passionate about what he does! He truly cares about you, is super motivating/uplifting and pushes you to your full potential during his training sessions and exercises. The InBody system is great -- it allows him to fully see what's needed and gives a great breakdown on which parts of the body need work, your muscle mass, how much fat, and more. I have had wonderful sessions and would recommend to anyone!

A knowledgeable therapist is always a good call. I recommend this business. I also appreciate that this is veteran owned business as well...

I went to this studio for two post op lymphatic Massages after 360 liposuction and BBL. I am not from the area or else I would have had all my treatments here. Chris has been nothing short of amazing. He’s very caring, knowledgeable and professional. One thing I appreciated is that he texted me to see how my surgery went and how I was feeling prior to my first appointment. Sometimes, it’s the little things that help build rapport with clients and that is very important. I would definitely recommend his services.

I have been working with Chris for post op lymphatic drainage massages. He has completely exceeded my expectations! I worked with a few masseuses in Miami where I got my surgery done & I was never informed of the liquid needing to be drained in my legs. If it wasn't for Chris I would still be swollen in my legs & my butt and thigh would have little separation. I was debating on lipo on my arms so Chris did a full body fat assessment & discovered I only have 2lbs of fat on my arms. He does cryo therapy to remove fat & tighten your skin. I only need for sessions and I save thousands. He's super knowledgeable & goes above and beyond. Thank you Chris for everything!!

I met with Chris for a fitness assessment and it was one of the best personal training sessions I've ever had. He was thorough and patient and solicited just the right amount of information. He answered all my questions and I was very impressed with his breadth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition. I'm sure all his trainers are just as good, if he trained them. Also, the facilities are amazing and he uses the latest technology in his assessments. Highly recommend Lean 3:16!!

Chris was absolutely amazing!! It was my first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage. I didn't have any injuries but it was the week week before my wedding and I just wanted to try it! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I didn't know what to expect as far as results but it really did help! I have crohns and I really felt like it helped with my inflammation and discomfort! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cant wait to go back!

Absolutely, incredible this place is so amazing I cannot get enough of it :-) I am a forever customer after just my first visit with Chris. He is so educated and such a professional and makes you feel so comfortable in addition to giving you the best results possible for your body and what you have going on with your system. I've always carried a bit of fluid in different areas but after he drained them it was gone, it almost was magic but it was just basically extra water And fluid that was trapped in my lymph nodes. It felt good too it didn't hurt it was very light and easy. I looked better, I felt better, and the results directly afterwards were top notch! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment like yesterday.
