I've had both virtual appointments and in person visit with Dr. Liu. I think she is personable, and very knowledgeable. Although virtual appointments always feels a little rushed, but I expected this since I have the same experience with all virtual medical appointments. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge on Asian skin. She identified all the risks and gave me different treatment options based on cost and risk level.

I've been visiting Dr. Liu for almost 2 years now and she consistently treats me with respect and patience. I enjoy my longstanding relationship with her and would recommend her to anyone!

Reading these mixed reviews, I feel the need to speak about my positive experience with Dr. Liu. Coming into the office with a variety of skin concerns, mostly cosmetic (botox, hair, skin appearance), I can say that Dr. Liu is kind, compassionate, takes the time to answer questions and I actually feel comfortable with her. As someone who has dealt with a variety of medical professionals and their range of personalities, she actually has a calming presence which colleagues in other specialities can learn from. I don’t find her dismissive at all, she explains the medical-nature of procedures (cites medical publications). She always makes time to answer my questions and doesn’t push anything on me. Dr. Liu, thank you for your care. Also, going to Campass is always a pleasure.
