Everyone involved from the receptionist straight through to the doctor we’re very professional courteous and a pleasure to speak with. Great bunch of folks I certainly recommend them highly.

I have been a patient for a number of years here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. During COVID theyve taken great steps to protect their patients and staff. As a highrisk patient I truly appreciate this. The only negative is their current phone system. It is not working correctly and it is difficult to reach a person. I had to go to the office in person THREE times in order to make progress in getting a much needed appointment. But once I got it everything moved along smoothly. Although honestly I could do with less than a dozen reminders that came via emails calls and texts.Overall great staff Oh and by the way my endoscopy went smoothly and with NO PAIN whatsoever♥️

I have had nothing but positive visits here. The doctors and nurses have always been kind professional and thorough. Their protocol during this pandemic has been exemplary Thank you Dr. Dukowitz and Asheville Gastroenterology 🙂
