Still the best! Now 2+ years downlink from my Whipple Procedure for pancreatic cancer and doing great. Dr. Choti is a surgical wizard, and Dr. Naraev is a creative and sensitive physician who has cared for me since surgery. Prognosis is great, thanks to them. I expect to live a long life, with their care and caring.

I wanted to share my experience at the Imaging center yesterday!  I was a nervous wreck because I was having a biopsy done on my left breast and didnt know what to expect!  My nurse Betsy was amazing!  She explained everything to me and when it was time she stayed right by my side.  It was very difficult to locate the exact spot, the tried several times, but no luck.  The doctor came in and he could see it but couldnt pinpoint its exact location.  So he decided to try something different.  So they moved to the actual mammogram machine, had me lay on my right side and moved the bed right up against the machine and they finally got it.  So then they did the biopsy.  The first part I was laying on my tummy with my head turned to the right, and the second part I was on my side with both arms above my head.  I was starting to really hurt, but Betsy did an amazing job of massaging my left arm as I told her it was really hurting.  All the other nurses were great as well.  We were laughing and joking and that really helped me remain calm.  Thank you all ladies!
