I've been a patient of Bay Hill Eye Care for about 25 years. My eye exams are always efficient, thorough and frustration-free. The staff is friendly and well trained. Dr. Coughlin is personable and pragmatic. Bay Hill offers a wide selection of eyeglasses and I have never had any difficulty finding a pair I like. The opticians are quite helpful! All in all, I could not ask for more when looking for one stop shopping for eye care.

Time for the yearly eye exam and I always have a great experience with Dr. Coughlin and his staff. Staff are always super friendly, and Dr. Coughlin has a great bedside manner. He's personable and I love that he makes sure you know what's happening with your eyes in terms that you understand. The team who helps you get fitted for your glasses is also always super professional

Dr. Bui is wonderful and kind and has the most soothing voice. Patrick is fantastic and answered all of my questions as a first time glasses wearer. He made them fit perfectly!
