Wow! Dr Jackson and his nurse Stacy are AMAZING. My 11 year old had an ingrown toenail and it was causing her so much pain. My daughter does not do well with needles and pain. She cried and screamed but they were so kind. Stacy hugged my daughter and had something for her to hold and they never shushed her or anything. When we came out to the front desk both ladies told her how brave she was! No scolding for being loud. I can tell this place is like a family! Hope to never have to return BUT I would in a heartbeat is we need to!

WOW! I cannot imagine anyone giving below a 5 STAR review! Every single person was friendly, very kind, professional, and informative with every aspect of my appt. from my insurance info, costs, and treatment plan with the doctor! The care was gentle when I was expecting pain. I couldn't imagine NOT CONTINUING with Dr. Jackson in his Columbia office! I HIGHLY recommend Columbia, TN Neuhaus Foot & Ankle ❤️

As a longtime runner, I have seen Dr. Jackson off and on for years for help with plantar fasciitis. Recently, however, I had a very bad strain of my achilles tendon. The pain in my upper heel hurt so bad I could barely walk for more than a week. Worse yet, I had been looking forward to a long-planned hike with friends through the mountains. Thanks to Dr. Jackson, I can report that after a few weeks of treatment, I was able to complete my hike — 27,000 steps (seemingly all uphill, haha) -- and had an incredible time. Dr. J is a kind, caring man and a great physician.

Dr Jackson and the front desk staff are the best! I had a hiccup with insurance and they assured me they would help me get the claim worked out.

Dr Jackson and his staff were very friendly and made you feel like family. He treated me for planters wart it took 3 visits and it was healed. I recommend Dr Jackson to all my family and friends.

I just want everyone to know how great Dr Jackson and his staff are I've suffered with foot pain for many years and I've been to several foot Dr's trying to get some relief well.....I finally did!!! You can go to Dr after Dr after Dr appts and still continue to suffer sure....you talked to the Dr yes....he listened to you but....there's something Dr Jackson does that I didn't find with those other Dr's he HEARD what I was telling him and now I can get up in the morning without dreading the fact that I have to stand on my feet Thanks for HEARING me Dr Jackson!!!
