Dr. Potthoff listens and does his level best to help you. Hopefully he will be my last Dr. I ever have, I am very thankful for him.

Dr. P always takes time to talk to you carefully about your issues and why he might be suggesting a course of action. He is careful and thorough.

I’ve gone here numerous times with my kids, Dr Potthoff is awesome, the nurse(young African American guy) is SUPER nice. This has been my best experience at a doctors office for a long time. Some of these other reviews apparently have no concept of what laws are, pain meds are highly controlled, etc People want the doc to consult over the phone or prescribe without seeing the patient.....you are paying for a service, not free advice(that’s what the internet is for), Doctors that care about your health want you to come in so they can see how your therapies are currently working and see how adherent you are. That’s for your safety not their pocketbook.

Great doctor. Actually sits and listens to the issues you are having. Communication with him is great as well. He is the only doc ive seen that spends more than 5 minutes with you.

I have been seeing Dr. Potthoff as my PCP for over 3 years now. First of all, don't let his youthful appearance fool you. He looks a lot younger than he is. So don't bias your opinion of his medical knowledge or ability to diagnose and treat patients based on appearance. I started seeing Dr. Potthoff after moving here from out of state. I have a couple chronic health conditions and he was able to easily and quickly take over and manage the care of these conditions. I have to see him every three months for medication maintenance and instead of only asking about my meds, he always asks about my general health as well. He always listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I never feel foolish for telling him about my concerns no matter how random they may be. I work in healthcare as well and in my experience people who leave highly critical and negative remarks are usually mad about something else and not the competence of the Physician. Usually, they did not get the answer they wanted to hear or the "medication" they thought they could talk the doctor into giving them. Anyways, my whole family goes to Dr. Potthoff and I would recommend him to anyone.

after having issues getting doctors to listen to me (im in the medical field myself) i switched to dr potthoff. after listening to me and my issues and what i thought it was. he ordered a specific test to pinpoint what causing my issues. and it was right! he helped me so much and saved me an ER visit. having a DR who will listen to you is amazing! i will definitely continue going to him and tell anyone else to go to him as well!

Dr Potthoff is a very good doctor. He takes the time to listen to you which some doctors don't do. I have found that no matter what is wrong with me he makes the correct diagnosis.

Dr. Potthoff is a caring and competent physician. He has taken time to listen and provide helpful feedback and appropriate medications. Good professionalism, good business and overall good doctor!
